Maybe you have the screen rotation locked.

Nope everything rotates. Some video came out sideways some came out correct.

Seems like you have a gyroscope problem, try recalibrating it by going to Settings > My device > Motions and gestures > Gyroscope calibration

Keyboard lag

I noticed almost immediately that when typing fast it seems to lag. I am no jet pack at typing but I am kinda quick. Power saver mode is not on and all other apps closed.

Nope, it's not just you. I had the same problem. I wound up doing a factory reset and it's fine now.
If you don't want to do a factory reset, another thing you could try:
Go into Settings > Developer Options > Window Animation Scale (or Transition Animation Scale) and set to OFF. (I found this tip on youtube.)

Flashing screen in landscape

In many apps, some that lock to landscape orientation and some that don't, I've been noticing that the upper left corner of the screen flashes and 'melts' colors together for a split second, then goes back to normal. That's the upper left in portrait, and the lower left/upper right in landscape. It doesn't do it with all apps, but it does with several and it is greatly annoying. Is anyone else having this problem? And if so, what's causing it?
I've been noticing that it mainly does it with ken magic's solitaire app, and with the stock messaging in all orientations.

I had seen a post regarding this a while ago. It seems there is a layer of glue that holds the capacitive layer the screen. If it starts to come unglued the result is that color banding you see. May want to take it back if still under warranty, doubt it will get better by itself if that is truly what is occurring.

If that's so, why does it only do it in landscape with certain apps?

I don't know, are both corners the same color in that app regardless of the orientation? If not, maybe it's more noticeable with certain colors. If so, then I don't know what to tell you. Sorry.

(SOLVED)Video play problem

ITS LIGHT FLOW. I reset the phone again and installed one by one and when I turned on light flow in accessibility my video problem came back. Turn off in accessability and problem went away.
Video player bottom bar won't go away after you touch the screen until you rotate the phone back and forth. Then it goes away until you touch the screen again and over and over

Xposed App Settings & keyboards

I was wondering if anyone knows of any work around to get the keyboard scaled right. I have everything apps and all dpi set to 370. That seems to be a sweet spot. The only problem I'm having is the keyboard. I'm stock rooted. Here is a screen shot. Currently I'm writing everything outwith my S-pen.
Maybe because I'm using the xda app I can't see the picture, but you did post a picture correct?
