How to select External SD Card as the default place for data storage ?
I have a Samsung W I8150 which has a 2 GB built in memory. SO i have installed a 32 GB microSC card as external.
Now, when i download and install an app, all the data of the app is stored in the internal memory and it gets filled up.
How can I change the default location to the external SD Card in Stock 2.3.6 ?
I have problem with moving apps to SD card. In application setting is not button Move to SD card.
In App2SD I have message:
The device does not have a real primary external storage, or the primary external storage is emulated.
Moving app to SD function may not be supported by this device.
Where can be a problem, how I can enable movieng apps to SD?
I have problem in 3.2 firmware, and now I had upgraded device to 4.03 and I have problem on this firmware too.

Hello
I have a phone from China ( Tianji Q880 ) with Android OS 4.2.1
The phone has an internal memory in addition to that which is recognized as SD.
If I add an external SD will not let me install apps into that memory.
In the settings menu the recognized SD card is only SD0
In practice, the situation is this:
ROM system
internal
Media (SD0)
Ext SD Card (SD1)
I want to install apps in SD1.

I previously had 4.1.2 version of the jelly bean in my Micromax A116. It had an option to move files from "phone storage" to "internal SD" card. I then upgraded it to 4.2.1 and there is no option to move files between phone storage and internal SD card. My phone storage always remains full and internal SD card always empty. I cannot move files between these two storage due to this.. What can possibly be done? I am not willing to revert my OS.
*There is no external memory card inserted.
U can't move stuff from or phone to or internal storage...
Unless of course ur rooted

I used to do this when my phone version was 4.1.2. I haven't rooted my phone at all. And also the default write is to internal SD card. But still the apps get installed to phone storage and it will always be full. Internal SD card will always be empty..

I installed a Cynogen mod ROM (and also miui ROM) on my Karbonn titanium s5 phone, but the problem is that the internal memory (internal SD card) which I used to store data obviously in absence of an external memory card got vanished. When I install the stock ROM it comes back(and my previous data is still there). Kindly tell me how to get back that internal SD card memory with Cyanogen ROM installed (coz I liked the ROM the most)
