But now 1gb partition is not working and also my sd card cant format and copy any files in it. Its like write protected. I can see my files in sd and i can use them but i can delete any file.
I use MINI PARTITION 7 to delete partition but it is not working.
I used sd formator4 too. but not working.

[Q] External SD File System...

Has anyone tried formatting their external SD card to a file system other than FAT32? I'm a habitual ROM jumper, so it's important that it still mounts under CWM, and I'm trying to skirt the 4GB file size limitation.

[Q] [HELP] upgrading from 2GB sdcard to 4GB when a rom uses a part of it?

I am using openOptimus build 2.202.1 with 2 GB sdcard, which is partitioned as
MBR 1 block
FAT32 1.36GB
disk1s2 Linux Ext2FS 487.57 MB
and now i wish to upgrade to 4GB sdcard. How can i do it unambiguously?
From things i know, in Windows Mobile and Symbian systems, changing memory card does not make trouble. Also i think you should copy all your data to some folder on desktop, make Partition Copy of sdcard then start changing process (copying data).
I've changed 2GB card to 8GB card (soon to 16GB) and my android does not seem to notice that change. (just more free placoe)
You can also copy data from previous, insert new into android, let it meet your new sdcard, then put it out and copy rest of data..
This is what i did :
1. first partitioned the new sdcard from recovery
2. copied the contents by mounting usb storage.
up and going. thanks .
If you have a2sd ext partition you should make a nand backup on your 2gb card to backup ext partition, then you copy all contents to your 4gb card and restore nand.

Other people says that having a corrupted file on a FAT-32 card and you won't open it, you have to reformat it again. Anyways, what sould be the allocation size?

Windows can't access internal SD and cropy and paste files anymore

I just installed CM11 and formatted the internal SD in CWM. However I can't copy and paste files into my internal SD card anymore. There's no files in the internal SD either. I already tried formatting formatting the SD card in default format but no luck. How can I regain access to the internal SD card and make everything work?
Anyone help please?

Link2SD Failure - directory No such file or directory

I think that this apps are in diuse, but now I`m using a Samsung J7 prime SM-G610M, with an android 8.1.0 and 16 Gb in storage. I wanted to extend the storage with a 64 gb SD card, so i intalled TWRP 3.6.0 and rooted with superSU V2.82.
Then I maked 2 partition in the SD Card
1. Fat32 with 29.74 Gb
2. EXT4 with 29.74 Gb
Finally I intalled Link2SD and mount the SD partition in the app. After reboot, I get a message saying that the app needs a "quick reboot" because the SD isn`t mounted. After the reboot, the sd partition work right, but, and here is the problem, when I try to link to SD card, this message shows up.
I don`t know what I did wrong or what is missing. I tried format the SD with EXT2/EXT3/EXT4 even with FAT32, none worked.
Someone can help me?
