i dont know since my bootloader is untouched....
but i ve searched for you and maybe found a solution....

Try. There is nothing to lose.
As far as I know, the newer ones should work with any bootloader, though the TrackID, which was given with stock Gingerbread on our devices, stopped working with unlocked bootloader.

Try repairing through PCCompanion or seus.
I am not sure what else it could be....
Try this...
Go to Settings--security and to the last option "erase certificates". Accept and try again...

Album app is not showing all my pictures.
Xperia s stock version does however.
It's pretty strange, it shows like only 5 pics in a folder with 20 (for example the default screenshot folder, so I don't think it's the file type). I rebooted and cleared data as well as mediastorage.

You mean "how to know if your bootloader is unloocked" well if you don't know its mostly likly locked. Here is a thread that helps you unlocked it: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1821750

Looks like he's wanting to flash a custom kernel for unlocked bootloader and his is locked and trying to help him with the other threads that he created for the same topic I've posted the how to guides waiting to see if he done it yet

i think this should be in QnA tread
if rooted...
simply delete the lockscreen.apk in system/app (i forget what its called im on cm now untxlockscreen.apk i think)

Yes! Deleting UxpNxtLockScreen.apk is an option to get the AOSP lockscreen, but if you want a proper tutorial of making an AOSP lockscreen, you can always follow this guide!
