Hello, I also have the CID HTC_032 and my phone was ICS when I bought it from Orange but it upgraded automatically to JB 4.1.1: S/W Version: 2.20.401.5.
Have you tried to search for updates from Settings>About>Software Updates?? Also I don't think you can have Sense 3.5 because if i'm not mistaken sense 3.5 it's Gingerbread Sense...
If you cannot update from Settings there are also other ways to upgrade your phone manually

hi, can anyone upload RUU*.exe file for 2.20.401.5? please
Why ??
why do you want this ???? from the reviews Ive seen its better to stick to ICS for now and wait for either HTC or a dev to fix JB, ps I dont think JB was released everywhere yet I havent seen one for my country so you might be out of luck atm or you could look on the htcdev.com website and see if it has come out there ?

Hi, Unfortunately only the Kernel Source is available for 2.20.401.5 on the website but not the RUU. Could you please tell me where I can get the RUU for this Official ROM?
_________________________
Hello, yes I know that you can not use the Source code directly, unfortunately if the RUU is not listed there, this means it was not officially released for public use. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
____________________________
Could you please escalate it somewhere that it is not acceptable that the RUU for the latest official ROM release is not available to use? I would like to request that it is made available since it is the official method by HTC to get the software back to stock if you have the latest official bootloader. Thank you.
____________________________
Hello , yes I will pass this to my superiors. Hopefully the RUU will be added soon. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
____________________________
Hi, Thank you for that. Could we keep this ticket open until the RUU is added please? That way I would get a notification

Noobs means newbies....newbies means who are new at something...

First of all, we need to know your CID. Download CID getter from the play store and report back.

AFAIK, there is no JB update for your CID yet. You'll have to wait for t-mobile to release their update.
And what about HTC_032.
hi
Update available mine is HTC__032

Hey,
Finally Optus rolled out some kind of Jelly Bean update for the Desire X. Yay? They have released Software Update 2.23.980.3 with Android 4.1.1 and Sense 4+. Is this the good bug free Jelly Bean update or the buggy horrible Jelly Bean? If this is the horrible update, then could you possibly tell me the update id for the good update so I can chase up optus.
Also is there any way to restore to ICS with a rom (My phone is locked to Optus AU) as my CWM Backup says MD5 sum mismatch when I try to do a backup.
I have to relock my bootloader and update then unlock it again right?
Thanks,
Joe
(Sorry I asked some many questions, I'll try not to next time )

I have the 2.22.720.6 version update and as far as I have used, There isn't any bugs. Your update might be better (Or worse) cant say without testing.
To return to ICS after JB update, Follow this guide : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2213663
If you are having the stock recovery, rom and kernel and using the OTA Software update from Phone Settings then no need to unlock/relock bootloader.

Just remembered that I flashed a 4.2 Google Apps zip with no nandroid backup, can I still update by just flashing stock recovery?
I'm sorry, but I think you have to return to complete stock by using a nandroid backup by someone with the same CID like you. Or wait for S-OFF. But that can be a long time...

So if I went ahead, flashed stock recovery and updated, even with the flashed 4.2 GApps, what would happened.
P.S. If of any use, after I flashed the zip (6 Months Ago) and found I could not go back I panicked and relocked the boot loader and obviously the G Apps were still there, but the phone was still functional. When I realised what I had done was unreversable and unlocked the boot loader again.
Thanks,
Joe
I think you will get a sha1sum mismatch error while trying to update, but you can still try

Hello all,
There is still no JB update for me CID_J15 although some people with the same CID got it!
I am on JB custom ROM, i return back to stock ICS to check for the update, but no luck!
A guy "ahmad" made a thread for all the official OTA updates, which includes CID_J15, but when am on stock, my software version is -as i remember- 1.18.405.x
So, can i use any of the OTA updates mentioned in that thread to update to JB?
I just need my hboot to be updated as am going to continue using custom ROMs.
Thanks

hello to all,
I have a big question that I would ask, I currently have a Desire X with version 4.0.4 ROM Shadow.
I would like to try the ROM version 4.1. How do I upgrade the version? with the ROM or is a separate process?
Thanks to everyone for their helpfulness and patience.

You just need to download the rom with android 4.1
Then flash it ( install ).
Look around the forum for tutorial how to do it ; )
Good luck .
