Is there anyway to use T-Mobile 4g service on the Rezound once you have it globe?

Inherently, no. Our bands we use is 700 (LTE), 1800/1900 (CDMA) and 1900/2100 (for GSM I think).
most GSM networks run 850 for LTE and another MHz band for HUSPA+ that our phone doesn't run.
In other words, without the possibility of screwing up your radio, right now, all you would get is edge.

Not sure if this is already known, but apparently the photon does support at&t 3G. So hopefully a dev will be able to rewrite the radio software to unlock US gsm carriers from being hidden. For proof read the back if the box. Also here is a pic of the box. It states GSM 850/900/1800/1900 UMTS 850/1900/2100.

Considering changing my inspire for the EVO 3d. Can anyone confirm it working in ATTs 3g bands.

I assume 2g, gsm, will work because they use the same bands for that, 850 and 1900 but 3g, umts, they use different bands. Source
But don't take my word for it.

from what I can see the Euro version only has 900/1700/2100 MHz but Rogers is supposed to get it in Canada in August with 850/1900/2100 which is perfect for AT&T!

Sounds good. Will wait to see what Rogers gets. And get some hands on info. Played with a Sprint EVO 3d and was amazed really hope it supports ATT 3g bands.

I was wondering if it were possible to use my phone in China this summer. The network I would like to use (China Mobile) is using the GSM bands 900/1800. Is there any way to convert my phone to use those bands?
Thanks.
No. The radio/modem only works on the manufacturer specified frequencies.
Um. The i717 is quadband GSM and it supports 850/900/1800/1900 2g or GSM.
Of course it will work! But only on 2g and only if unlocked.

I see, I looked it up as well and it seems as though it supports the following bands:
2G Network GSM 850/1800/1900
3G Network HSDPA 850/900/1700/1900/2100
Hopefully I'll be able to just plug it in and go. I've networked unlocked my phone, but are there are any other limitations set by AT&T for usable bands?
So the AT&T LTE version of the One X+ has AWS 1700 MHz for LTE. Is it possible to flash a different radio and access the Tmobile 1700 HSPA+ network? The new Tmobile plans are certainly tempting.
Great question. I am thinking the same thing. ATT cost too much.
S-off is needed to flash radios if I remember correctly

Is anyone in one of the 8 Tmobile LTE launch markets? Their LTE is on 1700 I think, and the HTC page shows LTE frequencies being supported on 1700 for our phone. So even if we cant do HSPA+ 42, maybe we can get LTE? Im in atlanta so I cant test that.
Guess no one has tried

Hello.. I am currently in Taiwan on business and was curious if I bought the unlocked version of the m8 from an HTC store here, would I be able to pick up the at&t LTE bands back in the US?
I'm pretty sure the hspa+ works but not sure about the lte.
Thanks!

LTE MIMO; GSM/EDGE: Quad-band (850/900/1800/1900 Hz), Class 12; UMTS: Tri-band (UMTS 850/1900/2100MHz), HSPA+Category 14xx (HSDPA 21Mbps/ EDCH 5.7 Mbps) this is what you would need for at&t LTE. I also have the developer edition but it came from HTC U.S.
