And how I change the unlock animation? I saw a video of the international version on the optimus g and the sprint version and they can customize that

I have a HTC HD7 , and I need asistance to know if there an application or any way to personalize this cell so I can add any ringtone and wallpaper I like….
Most android firmwares for older phones comes with the slider lockscreen and ive had a few request to change that but idk how or if there is a way?
Is it possible to replace the slider lockscreen with the rotary lockscreen or "iwindow"?

You could download a lockscreen of your choice from the market and set it as your default lockscreen.
Not what i mean. I mean integrate one into the android framework. Im deving up a firmware for an old phone.
