You can delete UxpNxtLockScreen.apk and reboot.
Or use LockScreen Style app by @gagan.u20.

The normal way, restore a CWM backup.
Yes it takes your phone out of comission for 10 minutes (five minutes to backup, five to restore) but it's good practice with any mod.
A bad download or developer error can cause bootloops, a soft brick, or instability - it's good to have a recent backup just in case.

Anytime I restart my device or turn off the turn on the phone performs optimisation of the apps. I mean if I would wiped cache&dalvik cache. How ever I didn't. Any ideas?

well, that isn't a requirement actually.
the ROM works on Unlocked Bootloaders too..
What about the kernel? Does it work with CM7 kernel?

I'm asking because I currently am using Achotjan's ROM, and my only complain on it is that hotspots doesn't work.
Hotspot works ... It's from stock.. I've had no problems with the stock and inteks kernel..

please change the Theme and Noticationbar transparency it gets Jumbled with background image and text,, and do not keep widget to 100% transparency.. 50 or 60 % is ok... rest is Fine..

You will lose thing which annoys you
You will lose that part of settings where you can do OTA update, and check for new firmwares. If you think you will ever need that option, just back up that .apk, and install back whenever you'll need it

Try by turning 12H clock to 24H clock.also if you are using on screen button mod then it won't work
@pandemic, why don't you flash it and try it? Take a cwm backup just in case.

I always use clock in 24h mode, and don't use on screen button mod.

I've made this for it for some who don't understand about getting illumination on some custom ROMs. I leave here and I will soon left XDA for learning programming and many other stuff because I'm getting lost and lost everyday. Ok guys! I have a little workout for this ROM!
As you know illumination bar never works like ICS, I tried a little with modifications for Xperia U illumination files via ADB.
Note: You don't need to download if you want in Stock JB based ROMs. Just download the ROMs I suggested and follow instructions carefully!
First thing first, let's download some needed data.
Illumination files with ADB and Runme.bat which is needed for install with ADB Click Here!
For CM10.1,CM10.2, and CM11,
Flash this fix first and follow the guide: HERE
Notice: CM10.1,CM10.2 and CM11 was not included Light Levels settings but it is OK. Just click Runme.bat and reboot :fingers-crossed:
Instructions:
1. Download files and place it on your any folder and any drive for your PC. Connect your Xperia U device with debugging mode via USB.
2. Click Runme.bat (For CM9 or CM10 ROMs only)
For JB stock based ROMs, use this guide from bro @NoobCoder for LED fix
LED fix for Stock JB based ROMs
For CM9, CM10
1. After you run RunMe.bat, reboot
2. Go to Settings > Display > Automatic backlight
3. In LIGHT LEVELS section, tick "Use custom" and go to "Edit other levels"
4. Set all Screens and Buttons values to 255 (Don't set Lower values!!! Just Screens and Buttons to 255)
5. After you did all that, you have to click "Save & apply"
6. Now you got illumination working just like in ICS except when you touch the screen, the light bar is lit up again
7. Reinstall Illumination Bar Notification App if you already have it for FCs.
8. Reboot and set your theme color in Illumination bar app

Edit: Found it. Delete boot.img and flashed it on stock Jellybean and I got bootloop. Hehe. I forgot it replaces framework files. Well, will try to test CM10.1 and will work out for that issue, too brother!

On CM10 now. Everythings working guys. Illumination can be fixed by going to display settings > tweaks level filtering and tick use custom and set light levels. Set all cell and button to 255 values. Save it. Then use this mod. Everything works!
For ADB not working, did you give root access to ADB? It's in developer settings.

Brother, you need Illumination Bar Notification App to work on together with. Without it, you can't get your illumination bar actively working.

Reboot to system

After Installation go to Developer Settings>CPU settings>Governer(ondemand)>I/O scheduler(cfq)
NOTE-1:After install the rom pls delete Taskswitcher.apk
and install this [JB]Xperia Z Taskswitcher with cache partion and dalvik cahce
NOTE-2:if problem persist in led bar then again flash the rom without any wipe
some time r/w in root explorer may not work as it is happening in maximum rom
so in that case you flashPhantom Performance-CWMTouch.zip
Then install your mods with wipe caches and dalvik
After that again install the Experimental Kernel Everything will work fine
Use this Note only if r/w is not working in Experimental Kernel
NOTE-3:Updates of the roms will come as a small update zip rather full rom

mounting problem is existing in most of the rom..btw it is not rom related ..it is kernel related..munjeni gave me a link how to fix this..i have posted
that link in general section..hope some developer will solve this soon

i have flashed v2.3 alpha 1...after successfuly led bar working you can wipe caches and dalvik caches during mod installation

everything is working fine on xu..if somehow icons are black then uninstall and install them again..before uninstalling clear their caches
in settings>apps>all>app_name...and yes you have to flash cybershot first and follow the instruction given in that thread..and before installing
clear cache and dalvik must and after installation clear chace of camera app then use it otherwise it will fc
what's the difference in this? also if you have made the rom, why tell us to remove and add apps etc. shouldn't they already be added in the zip by you?

about ROM???it has no boltware i think..and without boltware phone works little bit faster and during the time of editing of the rom i thought that i had pushed a general taskswitcher.apk into it..but after compilation when i installed i got a small app taskswitcher(my fault) then i installed small app as mentioned in the thread and it worked without any lag and system slow..that is the reason

on fresh install of the rom you will get 100-130mb free ram...but after installed a lot of apks about 30 i usually get 70mb..and i dont play harder games but templerun all version and subwaysurfer is working fine for me..although ram management is decent but i never feel hang or lagy like previously released jb..hope in future someone will solve this ram management problem

YOU WILL DO THIS THEN YOU WILL GET BOOTLOOP AND QUICK SETTINGS AND ADVANCE POWERMENU WILL NOT WORK.
I WILL UPLOAD THIS IF NEW MODS COMES WITH COMPATIBLE TO THIS ROM.
3.DIALER IS VERY FAST ACCORDING TO OTHER ROMS..BUT IF YOU WILL GET LAGY THEN CLEAR THE CALL LOG.
4.ALWAYS USE GREENIFY AFTER EXITING OF A THIRD PARTY AND RAM HUNGER APPLICATIONS(FACEBOOK,MESSENGER ETC..)
5.AFTER GREENIFIED CLICK ON RAMBOOSTER WIDGET TO CLEAR THE RAM..IT WILL MAKE FASTER THE DEVICE.
6.IF LED BAR SHOWS PROBLEM AFTER FLASHING THE ROM..THEN FLASH THE LED BAR FIX BY NOOBCOADER AND THANKS HIM FOR THE

xperia j has differnet chipset..i didnt port from j..i used j libs..but it couldnt stable..so came back to novathor chipset

Just now finished the installing and also completed installing all my prev apps (25)... and it was like a charm on it...
so smooth bro....

Great rom, but there is a problem with the calendar does not sync and calendar run the application and go to "My calendars" stops.
Substituting other calendar apps jb rom works: calendarprovider, googlecalendarsyncadapter and semccalendar.
Google calendar sync adapter deleted..as I don't use this so I have deleted.you can take from any Rom

I already like this (and thanked) becuase it's the only JB port that implements that app drawer (I think it's honami's), plus a customizable system UI is also highly appreciated.
