Hello all,
I apologize if this topic has been discussed already... Is this a known issue with the annoying lag within the new 4.2 and Youtube?
I was not experiencing this on 4.1
I have good wifi reception but the download and playback is really laggy.
Any ideas if this is also part of the lag issues I seam to have read about the 4.2 update
Thanks
JR

hi i just bought a galaxy s i9000 however wen i play youtube videos drs no sound after a couple of seconds? can ny1 hlp me?
This is caused by the last youtube update it seems, there is also a lot of comments like this one on the youtube app on the market. Since this bug affect a lot of people, it will probably be corrected shortly. You probably must wait.
The youtube app has been updated on 2011-08-10 and seems to correct the sound bug some were having. I suggest you to reupdate the app and the problem should be resolved.
Hi guys,
I just got my tab 10.1 yesterday and I have a weird problem. It's a 16gb, wifi only edition but my problem is with youtube.
When I got through the stock browser and go to youtube all the videos play at a very low quality but when I go through the youtube app itself they play in HQ without an issue. Matter of fact HQ is the default on the youtube app.
Can anyone please help me out here with what I'm doing wrong.
Actually guys I think I might have found the problem and it's youtube itself?

"Hey everyone,
We're looking into the issue of a missing HQ button when viewing m.youtube.com on tablets. I'll update this thread when I have more info."
Hey guys. I just recently got a Galaxy S3 and just had a couple of questions.
First of all: I have noticed the slight flickering that other galaxy users have experienced from using texting. And I know its a very common issue, but has anyone found a solution to the problem? it's a very tiny flicker so it's not a big problem, but its the principle I suppose. Just wondering if anyones found a fix!
Okay, secondly, im familiar with the disabling the hardware overlays to fix some issues, like when I go to play games like Shadowgun Deadzone, however has anyone had an issue where after they checked it off, their browsers have a sort of "ghosting" effect while scrolling up and down? It fixed the game, but made the ui buggy....kind of a weird tradeoff. Also, it froze my video player so it doesnt move. Anybody got a helpful solution for this? Please and thank you!
Hello, i have some strange bug with stock Samsung camera app. Video is recorded with inverted audio channels. I have stock firmware. I had this problem on every firmware since 4.0.4. Also i looked a some "SGS3 Camera video testing" videos on youtube - they have this problem too, but nobody notices! Yes, my PC audio has a right orientation and yes - during recording video i hold the phone with "Home" button on the right side.
I found thread that is SGS2 users had this too, but there is no info... I cant find nothing more, sorry if it was already asked. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
(Sorry for my bad english)
Hi all,
I never have such video pause issues using the same app before upgrading Android 7.0 and it is quite disappointing to upgrade to Android 7.0.
Anyone encounter similar issues after upgrading Android 7.0?
Seems like nobody can help, I really give up watching video on my Z4 Tablet as it will pause and stop after watching for a while.
In the end, I can only use my XZ Premium to watch video.
Dear Moderator,
Please close and delete this thread as I have managed to find out that the video lag is due to network reception and nothing to do with the OS, thanks.
