Yes, it could be, but in TouchWiz version. Same goes with i9500. We need to wait for Samsung to release it. Or we could jump directly through Key Lime Pie in Q4.

Is it possible to port / adjust the stock camera app S3, S4, Note2 or Note3 to work with let's say CM11 ?

Not everyone is getting the update at once for some reason. My wife hasn't gotten the update, but I have.
