Well blow me down. I thought we got the next one right, with Android KeyLimePie... Turns out Google went with a stranger choice: Android KitKat! KitKat is a proprietary brand name... hmm... so they are getting product placement in the name of their product? Weird.
At least on the bright side, it leads to fun marketing campaigns such as:
Some more fun marketing on KitKat's home page: http://www.kitkat.com/#/home

which rom works best with S-Voice?
I'm doing fine with it on Objection. However, I'm not sure if anyone else reading this noticed it, but in the last hour I notice a big improvement in the app itself, almost as if Samsung updated the servers. Before I couldn't repeat commands, I'd say something and then have to leave and reopen the app, but now it works just fine.

I tight it was funny Samsung was taking shots at Apple, considering Siri is clearly better.

Awesome download speed right there. Lol.
Like both the hard and soft buttons.
I don't know what is worse, the fact that they are using speed test to show off the computing power or the speeds of their 'computing power'
i loled. ty.

Haha, yeah those look like CDMA iPhone speeds right there.
I was just wondering if anybody plans on porting slim bean? I'm all about lean and small...the closest I see is carbon which is just over 140mb, but slim bean is even smaller.
Just wondering, no problem if no one plans on it
well this is called slimbean http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2411927
Someone must be suffering another hangover. AmitSen has had Slimbean in the Original Development section for a couple months.

i'm not asking for an eta, its quite simply a yes or no question. i mean the nook tablet is a couple of years old and since kitkat is memory optimized, i thought it would be a valid question.
Yeah I feel like this is a valid question, its an open question not directed to anyone in particular, but hey dude keep your fingers crossed and maybe get ready to donate

Let's just wait for the source code for 4.4 to come out first, see if anything needs tweaking, the difficulty, driver compatibility, etc.
Patience is a virtue.
Themers... where is this defined??? In the GS3, it was an apk called context aware service ..

Pagebuddynotisvc ? I would think.
