Hi all,
My friends phone is was upgraded to 4.1.2. After that it has been restarting very frequently once every 30 mins. Pls help
me find a solution to the restarts.

Try a factory reset first, if that doesn't help then follow the guide in general, stickies to flash a clean version of the stock rom for your country using odin on your pc.
Test each solution thoroughly before you install any apps.
If it still reboots then you'll need a service centre.

Currently own a fascinate..updated to latest CM7 code, then went to reflash glitch kernel, got stuck in a bootloop. tried everything possible and now trying to ODIN back to stock to start over again b ut ODIN wont read my phone... please help . i downloaded android SDK for god knows what reason....

Take the time to read some threads in this section. Your issue has been posted 5-6 times over the last week or two.
This is my first post on this forum and very new to rom-ing, so I'm sorry if I didn't post it in the right section, but I was trying to rom cyanogen mod on my Samsung Captivate by using Rom Manager. I had rooted my phone and it was also running 2.1.
I followed all the instructions from the forums on how to install a rom step by step, but as soon as the phone rebooted, my phone has been stuck on the model number screen with the Samsung logo on the bottom and its been about more than an hour that it hasn't moved.
So, now I m not sure if i should take out my battery and and go into recovery, or it will totally brick the phone because i have no idea if it is bricked or not. I also made a Nandroid Backup before this, so I was wondering if i can just take the battery off and go into recovery mode and do a restore?
If someone could help me, please let me know as soon as possible, and thank you in advance!
Update: I tried pulling the battery, and booting into recovery mode, but the start up screen just keeps flashing when I hold on to the 3 button combo. And when I don't, it just stays on the logo screen.
If you have a backup,restore! If u havent a back up: Flash a stock rom via flash tools...

hello guys my friend phone having automatically restart and shut down problem.phone is automatically restart at any time.phone is restart even during calling.phone is rooted and stock rom is installed.i try reset the phone but it did not solve the problem.any help is appreciated,thanks

Dude at first take ur all external things out such as sim, sd card,battery etc. For 2hrs !!
It may help u!!
If not try to flash ur stock Rom via odin or Nandroid backup !!
It may help u becoz it may be a software problem !!
If it doesn't work..........

Play cricket with ur battery !!
Or may be its a hardware problem!!
Try formatting the device and try to install a new Rom or any stock rom.
P.S : Better if you try english classes!
Hi guys i'm new around here i had this problem with my s2 for a while now and tried to solve it myself but i haven't done such a great job and now my phone won't even start. I'll try to explain it as detailed as i can so you can understand .
So i rooted my s2 first time 2 years ago with the help of my friend (i don't remember the version of the android) and had this weird problem after 1 year i couldn't download any other apps because my memory was always full , so i decided to try another root maybe the problem will solve , so i rooted my phone to 5.1.1. Lollipop and everything was great for a week . Then the real chaos begin phone started to shut down randomly even with 80%+ battery and couldn't start it only if charged it , if the battery was 100% i could use the phone for 10 maybe 15 minutes and then again it would shut down , I used the phone like that for a couple of months but then it would shut down even when was charging so i decided to solve the problem (my friend didn't wanted to help me anymore) and started to search around the forum and on google for any solutions i found that i can unroot my phone to the stock official firmwave searched in the list for my version of build number but my build number (I9100XXLPS) is not matching with my region , tried the version of my region everything went alright until the phone rebooted . Now the phone is stuck at start up loading image and reboots itself after a while and does the same thing . I tried finding the good version of build number (I9100XXLPS) but i can't find any source of download .
Tell me guys what i am doing wrong and if you got any ideas how i could fix my phone please help :crying: :crying: :crying:

//////edit: Managed unrooting the phone to stock official firmwave but the problem is still there , if i unplug the phone from charger it shuts down automatically ... is this hardware problem or battery problem ?

My mobile yuerka has been stuck at cyanogen logo.I have don`t anything was just using chrome when battery was very low then sunddenly it re-started and got at stuck at cyanogen logo.I have not taken at backup.hOW TO START MOBILE IN SAFE MODE.I TRIED VARIOUS METHOD BUT IT IS NOT STARTING IN SAFE MODE.kindly let me know proper method
Kindly suggest me way to start my mobile in normal way.As i am nood in mobile so kindly suggest me steps to do so or i take it to service center .would they will be able to recover completely without(without any formatting mobile) loosing any data.I donot want to loose any of my data.
