hello guys
i'm using apktool to decompile apks i installed my phone firmwork.res.apk and the other one ,,when i wont decompile any app i get this error

i try remove the firmwork.res.apk &com.htc.resources it is works without any error but when try install the apk on my phone it said (application can not install)
note1:i rename the apk in string.xml
note2:i copy the meta.inf from the stock apk to the new apk using 7zip

So I'm trying to follow this decompiling and recompiling android apk's tutorial here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1989533
but when I try to install the framework by using the command, "if framework-res.apk" in the command prompt I get this error shown on this picture

The title says all, the decompiling is succesfull, but i cant recompile any apk, this is the log when i try to recompile holo launcher. (using the last apktool)

and the same happen even if i dont edit nothing on the apk and try to recompile.
I have "if framework-res and systemui" resources from my phone
You need ICS framework-res.apk installed to compile Holo Launcher
I keep getting this error during recompiling the SystemUI.apk (even without editing anything). It cannot find /root/apktool/framework/1.apk. I do not get this issue during decompiling. I'm trying to do this on my Amazon Fire HD 6. I have gotten the framework from framework-res.apk, amazon-res.apk, and systemUI.apk. I have checked, and I do have 1.apk, 16.apk, and 127.apk in the framework folder.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

After i decompiled the systemui apk of rom port of s9 which is made for s8 and iam unable to find that smali and if someone gives me another apk pls give path also . Iam really sorry if this has been asked before but pls provide me with answer

i edit some xml files and i recompile the apk
i push the apk in folder
and give autorisations and after booting device the apk is not installed and not shown in applications and theres no call interface when i make a call
How can i resolve this issue
