Recently I rooted my Xperia U and changed my lockscreen,systemui,bootscreen.... Etc.
Now whenever I restart or power on my device I gets a msg :ANDROID US UPGRADING..each and every time...
Can anybody help...

If bootloader is unlocked then flash a kernel and clear cache..problem may solve

I think the problem is that I had cleared ODEX using LUCKYPATCHER......will that be the reason?

After a few days after rooting all my apps and icons get messed up and the only fix I have found is to reflash what isn't an option after 3 of them.

I bought this 2 days before and today I was charging it and later I decided to check my mail but only saw a Samsung logo on the screen,I restarted it but it didn't boot,hard reset again didn't boot,installed stock Rom using Odin ,no luck please help!!

a lot of xperia u owners and me had the same problem. I brought it back to the store where i had bought it and they sent it to sony, having my screen changed. 99% it is a hardware problem
Oh.. then i have to relock bootloader, before take back to shop...

you have not upgraded u have not flashed anything...?? try updating SU app or check in its setting you migh have accidently changed the SU access settings juist confirm your settings
Try to flash different kernels may problem solved
