correct some audio file permissions

but home have fc and more{miku app] app have one
Notification sound is removed. can't use sound Xperia and more please FIX!
sound locksceen ,touch and more are silent.

Try go to application manager> all application and search media storage application and just delete cache and data and restart.Wait for the system to rescan, or use "Rescan Media Root" App call system to rescan.
"Miku Home" FC problem, check your device Android version up to 4.2.2 try agin.
