i might give it a shot later tonight after i get off work.
I also have a build finishing up. I'll try to have a test link out by 5:00 pm - just have to get the kernel Loki-fied and repack after the ZIP spits out.
Testers interested in testing should PM me for that link. Not posting it here but may elsewhere for the night - as trvrlol has the thread made first.

Why is this ROM "taking CyanogenMod to the next level?
CyanogenMod does not want to include many customizations like they did in cm7
But why not? We want to customize our phones!
This ROM adds more options and cherries to CyanogenMod, cherry picked from the CM gerrit, Google gerrit, AOKP gerrit, SGT7, TeamEOS, TeamBAKED, Slim ROM, root - box and ParanoidAndroid
Basically this is one big mixture of all the great ROMs out here!
Stock but still highly customizable the way we like it
Instructions:
Download all the needed files (ROM, Gapps)
Boot into recovery
Flash the ROM.zip
Flash Gapps
Boot without flashing a custom kernel (after you've setup everything you can safely install a custom kernel)

The ROM has not been build with linaro 4.7 toolchain but it is build with the google 4.7 GCC it got the same improvements but it is more stable IMO
also the usual improvements are in the rom that are there in linaro builds like O3, ISOC++11 and strict-aliasing
about the kernel it is just the one from CyanogenMod
Awesome, as soon as I get the time I'll try this version.
Great job owain, congrats

Hey guys, after much waiting! here this pacman to amaze 4g, for problems report it,
so I find solutions! for now everything is working! but if something does not work, please tell me!
PAC-man ROM is a combination of the three Super ROMs Available
Paranoid Android + AOKP + Cyanogenmod = PAC-man
This ROM packs all the tweaks from the three super ROMs into one.
Why choose among ROMs, When you have All-in-One !!
All in One Rom PA, AOKP, CM
PhoneUI, TabletUI, PhabletUI
Latest Version Nightly Builds
All Feautures from PA
Some Features from AOKP
All Features from CM
Parts from Slim Bean
Parts from Rootbox
Parts from Carbon
Basically if there is a cool feature out there and its open source, then we will try to bring that feature into PAC-man
Of course JellyBean 4.3.1
exposure sensor still fails to function on camera
You tell me!
By flashing this, you automatically void your warranty!

I see a CM kernel, does that mean this ROM is CAF, or is it AOSP? I see AOSPA based, but AOSPA for Nexus is based on AOSP sources, while AOSPA-Legacy is based on CM sources.
EDIT: Saw the gerrit, it's a fork of CyanogenMod?
Try it out my peeps! Amazing work. Love the hybrid per app color. Reminds me of another rom that had a similar feature. First build was great for a .01 Alpha build..

Yes, default kernel is good imo but if you are going to use a custom kernel I recommend make a nandroid backup, and test and see how it goes
Is there a way to change the temperature to Fahrenheit instead of Celsius when you click the weather button in the status bar?
better download now because this thread will be close soon(hopefully it won't).. giovanni is not allowed here in xda, just giving you the heads up , this is what the moderator told me when i requested permission to post this rom here " If the creator is banned from xda so is their work.
