This is my mod of z1 systemui
Features:
^^ Lock button, long press for shutdown (SE Logo).. For reboot etc i have used xposed... Not integrated in this systemui
^^ Center clock
^^ download meter
^^ brightness slider (auto brigthness not work,) if u set from setting the auto bright then the toggle will dissapear, sorry for that)

It is like that bcuz u havnt added the font in /system/fonts

Wow, it's really a miracle! Already test and it works very well. Just the box is missing, and you could remove the text that appears when you push the button... "unlock" and "sound off"...

To do the box thing, you need to know how to edit some .xml in the layout folder, the file keyguard_screen_tab_unlock.xml. And know some xml functions to add the background, the box, on it. XML can "import" so, what you need to do is use the drawable folder and change one image, I think cmfp.png has no problem to be replaced (not used, I guess), change this to a 320x480 image semi-transparent with the box, after edit the xml "import" the image as a fill-patern wallpaper.

but I didn't know, exactly how to edit xmls, but... This could resolve your problem if you know...
Normally XML uses a handler like the tag <RelativeLayout> you must add a background as a fill-patert (full screen)... I guess... But.... I'm noob with xml, I only know php. ._.

So i turned back to Original Xperia T stock Launcher because it is.a way faster and smaller in.size
It doesnt look good as Z launcher . So i started Mod it .
The app drawer almost looks like xperia Z. I want to continue this to look close as xperia Z launcher.

Just modded the launcher again a bit and removed unnecessary files so next update is around 550 kb original size was 1,54mb

Bro, I feel the homescreen needs a little resizing.. the google search bar is a little higher than Xperia z or other launcher.. And in the dotted menu, the end of the dots, below part, looks little cut off.. Not proper round.. Just look into this.. Else its perfect.. cheers..

Resizing means it seems little stretched.. Google search bar is a bit above than normal level of it.. And because of that the round dots issue is there.. hope this might help you..btw the thread is updated with link of update 2?

The keyboard looks similar to the SwiftKey keyboard so no need for it, wallpapers can be easily found and u can use go launcher theme instead of doing flashing
