Advice:
In first boot, modify all volume values to get audio working. Only in first boot, then, audio works perfectly
Install method:
-Copy zips to the SD Card
-Full wipe(dalvik, cache and data)
-Flash the ROM
-Flash de MIUI Gapps
-Flash the Xperia Keyboard(MIUI keyboard FC)

It's completly normal. This folder is created by 4.2.2 ROMs. Move all the content from 0 to the root folder.

For me is working like a charm (lockscreen and center button too. That problem I think it's due to gapps, reflash another one)
