Hi.. I am trying to port a ROM for SGS3.. I need these files from the Stock or any Stock based ROM.. Can't download the whole ROM for these files.. So if anyone be kind to upload these..

Ok i have extracted it from my clockworkmod backup. but there i didn't find Settings.apk instead i found SecSettings.apk, so I've uploaded..

Download the rom zip
Use program like winrar or 7zip to extract zip package
Go to system/app to find systemui.apk
Go to system/framework to find framework-res.apk
i can give u HASA system.apk, but I dont know if allowed by the owner or not to share here.

then your device was rooted.
download zip file,and unzip systemui.zip
use systemui.apk to replace system\APP\systemui.apk. Set permissions。
work on LG locksreen. unsupport LGhome. please use other home apk.example miui nova..

1,Download systemui.zip and unzip
2,Use root manager to replace System\APP\SystemUI.apk
3,Set the SystemUI.apk permissions
4,Reboot your device
5,Work on LGScreenLock,unwork on LGHome Launch.Plesae use Third-party Home Launch.

4.0.4 ICS just need to change a png in SystemUI.apk without odex and xml change。
the png was in apk's res\drawable-hdpi\statusbar_background.9
