No, this isn't right section for questions but maybe you want to check sgs3 themes and apps section, there is lot of different themes.
For example: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=34200082
There's a thread with modded pull down bars in Themes.
And please ask questions in the Q&A section

I'm trying to change the colors of the navigation and status bar. When I reboot after changing and applying the settings, nothing has changed. Is anyone having this same problem?
