Which country are you from and can you find out which rom is installed on your phone as i am not 100% sure if the systemUI.apk are all the same amongst the rom version, you should be able to check in settings>more>about phone and look under build number and it should show it there..unless you cannot view this on youir phone due to the systemUI.apk missing, then the country should do were you are from..and i will try to get a systemUI.apk file for you.
Did you need odex or deodex file?

Hi there, I'm working on blur based ROM for atrix 4G (4.5.2A) and I'm having some troubles...
by parts:
1) settings: It's not showing kernel and baseband info, and I can't, obviously, just include att settings.apk or decompile, recompile, sign and replace files between apps, it just keep throwing FC any time I get into "about phone"
2) 1% battery steps: alredy modded framework-res/res/drawable-hdpi and services.jar, but I'm getting stats_unknown ic on notification bar, so, what shoul I edit (every files that needs to be edited) on framework/services?
3) quickpanel: keep decompiling systemui with dependences, when I finish working I compile, and replace modded files into original systemui, but still not working, notification bar is not showing at all...
So please, anyone, help me solve this... I won't have the device for much longer and I want this ROM to get cooked as soon as possible...

I think (off the top of my head) these files are located at system/framework
I am trying to decompile a modded SystemUI from a custom ROM and I am getting errors. I would like to try with the stock firmworks to see if I draw the same errors.

I have a problem with my System.UI. I can't decompile it because I obtain always an error...in every programs (Tickle,Multitool...). I want to edit lines in .xml for my custom ROM.
However, with the Framework-res.apk or settings-apk it works perfectly. I don't understand...
So If someone could help me decompiling System-UI.apk with other method, I'd be very grateful to him
Of course I join two files (framework-res.apk and systemUI.apk) in attachment.

Post the error log and maybe someone will help you. Posting the apks does nothing really.
Also if your making a custom rom but cant fix a simple error then you might want to rethink things.
Also if your building a custom rom then just edit the source before to compile the build.
Finally it works. Why ? I don't know lol
Maybe it is :
-I took systemUI.apk from stock ROM (yes i changed apk from stock ROM to try)
-or I deleted mediatek-res.apk of folder names ''other'' of APKmultitool
Hi, I want to decompiled the lgsystemui.apk to work 3minit battery. I have problem to decompiled the lgsystemui, I use framework-res.apk and after error said that is wrong framework use another lge-res.apk with problem too. Some folder dont decompiled I dont see for exemple smali folder. I use advanced apktool for windows and another with same efect. Maybe someone have expierience with proper decompiled systemui.apk ? I am use lg g5 h850 european version with stock firmware v10i open eu root , busybox with xpose. Thanks for advise
