I'm using a simple case bought from Amazon-a Spigen's Protective Bounce case

It fits the phone quite well without adding much bulk to the original size.
Until a more premium leather wallet case becomes available, this will do for me.

Same here. It was like $6 and free shipping, so it'll hold me over until they release an OtterBox for it, or the official Samsung cases. Or anything really, provided it isn't too crazy expensive. Plus, it looks cool.
It was this "leather" map case in case anyone is curious. And I lied. It's $7.

I got my Cruzerlite in the mail today, don't have the note though!
Not sure why UAG is always late to the game in terms of releasing their cases.

thinking of picking one up as well. currently have the multi-angle but as the OP said, it is a little too bulky for my taste.
Would like to know if it stands well because the pictures look like it'll be easy to push it back while standing up.

I just received mine and its going back....I do like the feel of the case, and the protection that I think it will provide. However, there are a couple things that I do not like thats making me take it back. The side and back slots fit properly but the front sliver that covers the light sensor and front camera doesnt lay properly so front camera pics are partial blocked. The tablet doesnt stand vertical without tipping over nor does the tablet stand properly while in the portrait orientation without tipping over.
Mines came in earlier today, the look and feel is great. The only thing I don't like is how the cover locks into place, it feels like it'll wear down quick and requires some force to open and close
Hey does anyone know of a case that I can get that's transparent and has a good build to it for this phone? I really want to have some good protection, but not cover up the beautiful device.

That's my theory right now. The only thing I have bought so far are NFC tags but they should work on any NFC enabled phone.
I'm also curious if there is a truly clear tpu case (or otherwise).
Not translucent white, smoke, etc. A truly colorless clear case.
So far all I have is a skinomi shield which protects against scratches but not impact.

I'm guessing that the one I bought on Ebay is as clear as they can get, for TPU. I can read through it,so it's fairly clear.

Yeah, I'm looking for one that is colorless and clear. So if I were to put it over a black phone, it would still appear to be black.
I would consider the one in your link to be translucent white. To me, a clear case allows whatever color is below it to show through transparently.
I guess they can't make TPU transparently clear.
I have a clear case for the 3vo and after a while of use it turns brownish clear and looks awful but with the fact that they are cheap I guess $5 for a few months of coolness wouldn't be to bad. just don't expect it to stay clear clear forever

That's a good point. I hate seeing that yellowish plastic. I think I'm going to go with one of the tpu-cases.com now. They look pretty good.

I ordered that same case... Not impressed. The inside is frosted causing it to not be clear. I'm also waiting on a perfectly clear tpu, which they CAN make....I had one for the the EVO 4G...
I want one soooo bad, I need to show this work off....

My brother has this Tech21 case on his Note2, and the buttons are a ***** to press. A little overpriced too, for what it is (simply TPU), imo.
Does it make the phone a lot wider in comparison to a naked device. With the Tech21 on my S4, the phone gains about a cm in width and height.

I have one in blue. I like the body glove case I saw but I am not convinced that the screen will survive a corner drop in it. I'm hoping Ballistic, Otterbox, or someone that focuses on corner protection releases something soon.

That's exactly why I'm returning mine. The case itself and protection is fine. It makes it too tall and wide. I like the thin-ness just as with the S4 but it's that girth that's really annoying.
I also didn't like how the bottom cutouts felt while holding

I just went to best buy to see if they had any cases to which they did not but a sales associate told me that he saw someone that had the Platinum case holster combo that they had gotten from the best buy mobile store in the mall so that's where I went. Upon arriving I asked their associate if they had any cases for the note 3 and he said no that they probably wouldn't have any in for a week or two. I told him that the associate at the big store said that I should come there because he knew someone that had gotten one from there. So he says no but I'll check. About a minute later he come from the back with a case and tells me it's the only one he had so I was in luck. So I took my other case back and am rocking this until the Ballistic hardcore is released or I may just keep this. I like a lot of protection but I hate how it bulks up the phone. I also hate putting things in my pockets so I'm a holster guy.

I thought so. I think the title in this link is wrong in one of the Ebay listings saying LG Optumis G3. I can't make up what I want as far as case. I just want a slim case and for it to work with wireless charging.

A quick search of Amazon shows it will ship on 12/6. That took me as much time as it must of taken you to type the bump post above. I hope this helps:

It will be available this Saturday 12/6 in black and white, and the gunmetal is available 12/16. Is that too long of a wait? I'm not sure how fast they ship via amazon but that's not too far away.
Mmm well yeah I suppose it isn't that long a wait... I'd get it by next week Friday at the latest but Id be a lot happier with some kind of phone protection in the meantime and when the rearth comes in I'd go ahead and see which I prefer and have the other as a back up our something

Get a TPU case I love mine. I have a TUDIA and some Cruzerlite ones. Diztronic is also nice from what I hear. It will give you a slimmer option for when you don't need a massive case.
Na it doesn't, I've seen a few on amazon that come with a belt clip though

I have 3 Cruzerlite TPU cases for my Nexus and they are great!! Check out the Cruzerlite OP for more info and pictures.
I like the look of the clear case someone posted so you can show off the Nexus with protection.
