If you can't understand what's written on here, have a look on youtube and you'll find some video guides to follow. It should make things easier for you.

i have try to watch at you tube before, but i can't do oso =.=
I'm guessing that rooting isn't your best option then to be honest. But if you are determined to root your device, then your best option is to wait until you are better able to understand what the guides say.
That's the best I can for you, unfortunately.

Hello All,
I am using Sony Xperia S, KA 10.2 Rom and Kernel 3.1, I test antutu benchmark, everything is fine but sd card read and write speed is very low.
Any idea for fixing it? any fragmentation tool?
Have you tried asking in the thread of that kernel? I think I read somewhere that it's a bug.

If you do some searching on dual boot, you'll find some discussion on the topic. I'd also like to know if this is possible on the Xperia, but I believe there are some technical challenges why this may not be possible.
Not possible...YET
