X10 mini flashable rom - Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini

Should it look like this, or should I put these folders except the META-INF in the system folder? Should the system folder be named as system or system_content? Thanks

Can somebody give me the system files of one of these phones? I'd like to create a rom for X8 with xperia look and feel.
Do I need root to get these files? If not I can provide a copy.
I think you need root, but try to copy the system files with astro file manager.
Copy is busy, 1075 files and I didn't get any errors so far. Is going to sdcard for now, will zip it and see how I can give them to you.
edit: too quick. Got an exception permission denied on system/bin/run-as. Do you need a specific file? The error blocks the complete copy with astro.
I need the app, framework, media folders from system folder.
Ok I have the files ready. Just need to find a way to get them online now. Already archived on cell.

if you're running a custom rom then you can get the apk file from extracting it from the rom's zip file on your computer. You can extract it with an app like 7z or winzip, etc. it would be under "/system/app/(name of live wallpaper)" within the rom's zip file. you should be able to do this with any of the touchwize based custom roms.
U r amaizing m8 i've extracted apk on my phone fro ro zip file, thanks for help!!!

Why not downloaded a flashable zip thats already present with meta info, and just add and delete what you want or don't want. 7Zip is amazing working this way.
Then you are sure to know it works.
Its my own Rom and im working with root Explorer to customize it

Yeah, extract that zip file, add or remove app as you want, then zip it again.

Do you mean yaffey?
If you dump the system.img with flashtool>tools (or advanced) > sin editor you can open the created system.yaffs2 image with yaffey and extract all the contents
