Just install note 3 launcher.when you do that the status bar becomes transparent

I've used both in the past and they are both 100% transparent if you choose the right one - i.e. not the 50% one

SystemUI.apk and framework-res.apk can be found in /system/app.

Only way is decompiling secsettings.apk
Edit some pngs
Edit styles.XML
And then do whatever u wanted to
And compile
