the SIM card is not embedded but according tothe other thread the phone is SIM locked to sprint and you'd have to contact them for a unlock code to use with international GSM carriers.

So I pre ordered the ATT version of the Gnote. My current phone is the iPhone 3G. Yes 3G not even 3GS. I heard LTE phones require a sim card specifically for LTE phones. So my question is do I need a new sim card to use LTE on the Gnote or can I use my current sim card (from the iPhone 3G) and still receive LTE speed? I'm looking at my order and I see 3 things "Freight", "Samsung i717" and "Various Sim".
Thanks.

Just make sure it's blue and orange, those are our most current ones. Yours is probably blue and white. You can go into any AT&T store and just ask for one. They're free and compatible with your iPhone until your note comes in.
SIM cards don't affect data speeds, but with LTE you should have the newer one

Thanks MM! I'm gonna guess that "Various Sim" in my order is probably the sim card I will need. If not I'll stop by an ATT store as you mentioned.

In your order will be the newest SIM card (orange / blue) but you would have activate it. It may be more convenient to just get one before it comes in.
I'm currently in Korea and just bought the LTE Note which uses micro sim.
Do you also have micro sim slot in your Note or it's just me? I haven't seen any note uses micro sim.
I've heard a few guys here use this note (the one was bought in Korea) oversea. Are those factory unlocked?
Thanks
Nope my SGH-I717D utilizes a full sized SIM
edit: May have misunderstood the question, sorry.

Lee....How did you get your Note to work over in Korea ? I bought the LG U+ version online here in the states and I am going to Korea for vacation. I want to know where can I get a SIM card from to be able to use it once I get over there. Can you help me ?
Does anyone know which SIM format the Lumina 920 uses? I want to test my SIMple Mobile card in store at an AT&T store, but it is a standard SIM. I have a SIM cutter to make it Micro SIM, but do not care to do this if un-needed.
My AT&T order says a phone and one "Replacement Micro-SIM for Apple iPad".
I don't have the phone in my hand yet but looks like micro-sim to me.

ask att they didn't know.If has micro sim would it work i think that what i have in my S3?
there is no proper lte implementation in my country yet...so i don't know!
If the sim card worked, than it wil not work on the lte networks as moto e doesn't support lte!

Moto e: India model -Sim 2 slot not functional
I have a Moto e India model (not rooted). I am facing frequent network issues and from the past few days the sim 2 slot is not functional. In the dual sim settings i see the second sim slot option disabled and am not getting the option to turn it on. I did a factory reset. Tried to insert different sims but nothing worked.
I request anyone to help me in this regard
I have the sm-G991Gu1 that I ordered from samsung in the US. Currently using it with a tmo aim card.
I've read that all s21 models are dual sim. Is this true? Can I put in another sim card from my European carrier and use it when traveling etc? (not esim).

Hi
I think your model 1 sim only , you can double check under settings / about phone if you have 1 or two Imei, also your sim try has one or two slots?
