He only has one lockscreen and he has the dashclock widget and same wallpaper on his home screen.
I only use a lockscreen, too much easy to forget.

Is there any way to force a landscape lockscreen?
Use an aftermarket lock screen. I don't think u are able tp natively. I use ripple lock. Hc lock screen. And works both ways

Currently using widget locker, however I miss the honeycomb ring unlocker from the stock lockscreen. Looking for something like that. I checked out that ripple lock...app looks suspicious so I deleted it.
Yeah I'll second widgetlocker. You can set the orientation to landscape.
Oh and there is a honeycomb "style" theme for it as well.
I absolutely love the ripple effect unlock on the S3 - But I kinda hate the lockscreen itself (bad quality image for the wallpaper, ugly clock, non-customized icons for shortcuts, etc...).
Does anyone have any ideas on how I could either customize the S3 lockscreen and use my own clock widgets and/or icons OR somehow get the ripple effect unlock over to my WidgetLocker screen...?
I'd probably just prefer to use the ripple unlock in WidgetLocker.

Not sure on this, widgetlocker is great, but I find it causes wakelocks which isn't helpful. I just wish there was a way to what shortcuts show on the stock lockscreen, and wish it showed todays calendar appointments. That would make it pretty close to perfect without dealing with widgetlockers battery drain issue.
Fwiw, I notice that widget locker constantly asks for your location in the permissions log... Not widget related as I had nothing on the screen just a slider. Guessing that is what causes the wakelock'ing

Awesome, thanks for that.... Now if we could only get Calendar appointments to display, maybe a dev will work it out. Although probably just use the AOKP / CM lockscreen if that's the case when the time comes.
Install water drops plus from the play store and choose whichever wallpaper you like to put under the water and you can use it with widget locker.. Maybe add a transparent slider for now also... That's the best thing I can think of

Disable automatic drops in settings so it only ripples on touch unless yu like it automatic.. Just play around with it..

Heh i sent the author of WidgetLocker an email the other day talking about this very thing....
I not only like the ripple effect but the slider itself being able to be used from ANYWHERE on the screen is nice.
Usually WidgetLocker is very good about adding features and fixing issues in the past.. the only reason I can see him not being able to do something like this would be due to restrictions with the OS itself.
As for the suggestion on waterdrops.. that's great if you don't already use a LiveWallpaper If you use a Livewallpaper like I do, you cannot have 2 of them running at once (one for the lockscreen and one for the normal phone operation).
I've searched around and haven't found anything, so I've come here.
Does anyone know of any possible way to have multiple widgets on a lockscreen?
Keep in mind im on a normal lock screen. No pattern, code etc, and I would just like to be able to have more then one widget on a lock screen at a time.
Thank you,

You can only have one widget per lockscreen at a time. you can have multiple lockscreen pages but all with only one widget. If you need multiple widgets on one lockscreen page then try widget locker.
Hello,
I just upgraded my S2 to 4.2 and like the new android lock screen. But to replace widget locker I would like to have an option to have multiple widgets on one lock screen page.
Does anyone knows an app that simply puts multiple widgets into one widget that can be added to the lock screen?
would like to know also. One widgets are taking the whole screen
hey guys,
is there a way to add a weather widget to the lockscreen?
also, what about shortcuts like the cyanogenmod ones?

In settings, Security -> Enable widgets.

The annoying thing is that the Z2 truncates lock screen widgets, I use Chronus Flex on the lock screen, the first image is the how it looks by default, the second image is how it looks when maximised.

If you're rooted there are xposed modules that default the screen to the expanded view
