So I just ordered a Spigen Bounce Case and a Mime Ghost glass. I'm hoping they go together smoothly until they release the otterbox but I want to know are the S4 Home Buttons compatible with the Note 3? I notice the mime adds a slight thickness to the screen and I want to know if I can use a S4 aluminum home button on my Note 3 to help with the thickness. Sorry, just trying to have everything ready for that Thursday Verizon release!
I have the Bounce case and MIME protector. I haven't put the MIME protector on yet, but it should fit just fine. I laid it on the screen with the case and couldn't notice any obvious issues. As for the S4 button. The ones I bought from China seem to fit fine, but it's not perfect. I think the Note 2 buttons would be more compatible, but not sure since I didn't have one and also waiting for Note 3 buttons.

Thanks, your actually who I wanted to ask but I didn't see a way to message you. Is the case bendable and rubberish or like like a hard plastic?

Yeah, I turned off my PMs for a bit. It's definitely not hard plastic and you can bend it as much as any TPU case.

I actually prefer the Ghost Armor screen protectors. I got one on my note 2 after the Zagg armor kept getting imprints from the Stylus.
I love my flygrip. I have used it on my note 2 for almost a year. Now, i received my note 3 and found out that it will not stick to the faux leather back. I purchased a case off amazon that is a black bumper and clear back. The case is minimal and feels great. Just letting you guys know that if you use a flygrip you will need a case for it to adhere to the note 3.
Works fine on my naked n3.....

Flygrip just posted video about that it. The faux leather does not provide optimum adhesion. They will provide a free skin for the note 3 for those who do not want to use a case with flygrip They will offer different skins with textures like carbon fiber, snake skin and others in different colors.

Very odd. I bought a new Gravity Flygrip just for my Note 3. I installed it before I left the store (on the naked phone). No problems at all. On experimenting, the battery care is more likely to come off then the Flygrip from the phone. I get lucky?
That's because the faux-leather on the Black version has a rubber coating. Adhesive and rubber do not mix well.
Anybody have a link to FlyGrip?

So I just got a note 3, and looking for a case that doesn't add much bulk but keeps the protection.
Looking at these two, any of you guys tried either or both of these? If so, which one did you like and why?
Caseology Samsung Galaxy Note 3 [Carbon Fiber Hybrid]
Spigen SGP10453 Neo Hybrid Case for Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Thanks in advance!

Funny I actually have both cases..bought the caseology first and for me it was a little bulky. So I bought the neo hybrid and I love it. When you have em side by side the Neo is slimmer. Just my two cents.

Buttons aren't flush, but close. I found that the volume down on mine would activate in my pocket very, VERY often.
i have both cases. i prefer the caseology one because i bought the one with the leather material on the back and it feels wonderful, the way i thought the note 3 would feel. the spigen is alright as well, but it just doesnt feel that nice in your hands
Hi I'm new to the forum although I've been browsing for quite some time. Been a samsung user since S2. Had the gear 2 neo and loved it. Just got the Gear S yesterday and am loving it too. One question though, would the Gear S require a screen protector? Or is it made of the same kind of gorilla glass as the phones?

I haven't seen it officially stated anywhere but I believe it is gorilla glass as the Gear 2/Neo and Gear Fit were. This is actually not the primary concern in terms of damage though. The plastic shiny silver bezel is more problematic than the screen!

I wonder if all these screen protectors will have the "Halo" that the note 4 owners keep complaining about because of the curve screen. If someone tries this out let us know the outcome. Lifetime warranty not bad for the full body screen protector
I dont thing they will as they are just plastic so it should curve with the screen. On the note 4 the plastic can curve all the way down so you get the halo problem

I forgot about that email. I usually make purchases from there when they have these sales. I ordered 2 screen protrctors, 2 full body skins for the note 4 and a carbon fiber skin for the back of the note 4 all for 5 bucks shipped. Thanks for the reminder.

Just wanted to give you another THANK YOU for sharing with us... :good:
BTW, the Note 4 and the GEAR S, a bad combo..
I got my XtremeGuard protectors today and installed one on the Gear S. The fit is great and installation is the same as any other wet application protector. Can't beat $0.70 a piece!
Skinomi
I have the Skinomi installed now for several days. I am very happy with it so far. Here is my install video very simple http://youtu.be/BwjQsCp1aCA
Got my xtremeguard the other day. It installed perfectly. Barely can tell it's there. Definitely worth the 70 cents or even more. Might try the skinomi next if I damage the xtremeguard. I like the cut outs on the skinomi.
I order the dry and wet screen protectors from Xtremeguards oh and a carbon fiber black protect for my Note 4 2.90$ with free shipping I'm elated

You can find really cheap ones on aliexpress (<$10), and somewhat more pricey on ebay (<$14). I bought mine for a Tab Pro 12.2 on aliexpress for $8.39 shipping to US included and received it in 4 days.
I believe the glass is the same for the Tab Pro as it is for the Tab 4, and the Tab S.
Do you have links for them?
How's their quality?
You may consider glass for note 10.1 2014 too.
Thanks, any links?

Please do! I'm looking forward to what you have to say.
I ordered one from eBay and have been using it for a month. Very smooth and no regrets, its marked as a 9H.
