Listen, I got CM7 rom and franco kernal and I download HVGA N.O.V.A but its just enter a black screen and then back to home screen
What should I do?

come on dude... treat your phone as a phone... not a PSP...
our phone is a low range phone with quite low hardware specs... so no matter what you try to do... such games wont run... ok, i know some of those superficial guys have managed to run these games on our phone, but its not possible...
Still, i wish you ALL THE BEST...

When I first tried to play NFS Shift (another HD game), it didn't work. So I downloaded the version that fits our screen (320x480) and now it works perfectly. Just google for it and if you're lucky you can find a link to the required version. I wasn't able to find a version that works on our phone for asphalt 6, but asphalt 5 works fine.

Well, I saw alot of people that running N.O.V.A on this phone so i thought its like usuall... Now that you tell me its not I guess its ok... I will try to search for a 320X480 that fits LG p500. I will post here if i succeed.

out of all these,
NFS Shift, Real Football and Modern Combat seem to work... i have run them.. dunno bout assasins creed and asphalt 5... but those are not those "Heavy Games"... also, GT Racing HD works...
try running Avatar and games like that....
but our device is not actually meant for gaming and so when you compare the performance ofthese games with those high end devices, you will see the diference...

open using file manager(OI,ASTRO,ES file explorer's)
and install

and the cache(additional data in case of nova)

Dunt post warez as is xda forum rules... If u want the games supported hvga or optimus one... Search it! Like 'Nova hvga' or 'Nova for x8' or 'NFS Shift for optimus one'...
For those having problems with nfs shift... Install the latest v1.0.7 and download data via wifi or 3g...

Since many people here in G3 forum, wonder how to make Chaifire3D run on their G3, I found it a good idea to start a thread about it
The first things you need to know about chainfire is that this app was designed for devices with a Clockspeed of more than 1Ghz so for experience the Chainfire effects you need to Overclock your G3 to 1Ghz or more
Chainfire is for ROOTED phones only
How to setup Chainfire:
Download chaifire
Free version
https://market.android.com/details?id=eu.chainfire.cf3d
Pro version
https://market.android.com/details?id=eu.chainfire.cf3d.pro
I recomend the Pro version because there are more advanced options avallable (like per-app openGL settings)
To get Chainfire fully working, you need to install the plugins (since I'm not alowed to post URL's to warez just Google them and you'll find them)
These files are named:
libGLEMU_NVIDIA.so
libGLEMU_POWERVR.so
libGLEMU_QUALCOMM.so
After downloading all the needed files put them on the root of your SD
STEP 1
Open Chainfire
STEP 2
Click install CF3D driver -> Your phone will reboot
STEP 3
Click "install plugins" your phone will search to the plugin files you've put on the root of your SD card just click the files and install them.
STEP 4
I recommend to reboot your phone now
STEP 5
Start Chainfire again and go to Default openGL settings (for those who have the Pro-version i recommend to go to Per-app openGL settings so the effects will only be used for a certain app)
STEP 6
Click on the option "Use Plugin" the plugin that worked the best for me was the QUALCOMM so i recommend that one
STEP 7
Select the option reduce texture size (in some games this removed the gray textures and show the colored textures with reduced size)
STEP 8
Enjoy playing new games on your G3

I was looking for this to a time ago but couldn't find a guide on how to install this so after some experimenting this was my way to get Chainfire working on my G3
And "hard labour" don't exaggerate
experimenting with my G3 = fun

The need for speed was a modded version for the X8 i think don't know the link anymore will search for it
The PlayStation games for fpse (tekken and grand turismo) I ripped them myself from my old PlayStation games but there will be somewhere a site with iso's from those games i think
EDIT: I've searched for this more then a quarter of an hour but couldn't find a good link for the modded version...sorry

I'm gonna flash indroid 5.2 here CF3D was working verry well and try an old version from Chainfire...
Chainfire 3d has stopped working on my device... It happened when i was using kyrillos rom v 6.0 and one day super user and binary got updated automatically from market... from then whenever i open chainfire 3d, it just opens and closes within micro seconds.. now today i flashed with rom v 8.1, went to market and installed chainfire 3d... it opened... but then i installed CF3D driver -> the phone reboots and then... again same problem... do you know why is this happening ???

The first time I installed Chainfire I made a backup from this app because it was working perfect and I knew that the app was still in development stage and would propably change since its for high-end devices(my pc is full of apps from different versions )
i forced to don't install any updates automatically etc so I'm currently using version 2.8 an it works perfectly so search for this version
EDIT:
DAMN I just tried it myself and it closes indeed without any reason!?
The reason why its closing in seconds I honestly cant tell...
So we've to ask Chainfire (the XDA member who developed this app) for more info...
EDIT: NOW I CANT GO BACK TO MY PREVIOUS CF3D!?

Actually for almost all the higher games you need an oc phone certainly when using chainfire

Since my su binaries updated, chainfire doesn't work anymore so

You can go the Play store... and download it .. or.. you can go to youtube search for the best android games ..c. and download it using ur phone's inbuilt playsore... there are lots of sites that offer download of android games... such as apkgalaxy.com ..etc If u want more sites then u can google it !

I will continue converting after I get my computer fixed , so in the next 2 days no converting
P.S: I tried converting this game before and it gave me "not geniune" error when loading and quits automatically so I don't know if its going to work or not.. also I hope that the hard disk is not damaged if it is . I don't expect converting until next week :fingers-crossed:

I don't have the apk my HDD is damaged so everything is erased. I will do it again when I install all needed stuff to convert

Tested some of your games, Stupid Zombies working absolutely fine but Temple Run is quite laggy.
Also, Highway Driver have some screen isssue bug.

What do you mean by screen issue? The game works fine on my mobile

can you teach me how to change unity games for it to run on armv6? i gave a galaxy gio capable of running some hd gameloft games, but some little games that should run no problem have armeav7 libs with libunity.so
will it convert if i replace the libs with an armv6 unity game?

if u r rooted, then unistall unnecessary app by root unistaller.
if u r not rooted.
go to setting/app/all
then disable unwanted apps that u don't use.
