So far v12-4 is for unlocked bootloaded version. Not for locked bootloaded version. So you can't find zip file, for now.

He says his model is 2011, so it might well be a Mini instead of an X10Mini.
Maybe he can't unlock his bootloader
Maybe he wanted JB
Only safe advice is to use Sony's own software to get back to his stock firmware.

We don't know, you're not even completely clear on which phone you have, and you don't say what you want to upgrade it to. How are we supposed to help if you don't give any sort of information?
