Hello,
i bought from China this tablet: Sanei N10.
...But i received a tablet with no brand name on it.
I use an app to figure out its specs and there are:
Android 4.1.1
CPU: ARM v7 1.00 GHz
RAM: 1 GB
Graphics: ARM Mali-400 MP (OpenGL ES 2.0)
Resolution: 1280x752
ROM: 12 GB
Other: WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB, 2 Megapixel cameras
Often happens that it crashes so i would to flash it.
Do you know if i can do it?

Can you tell me atleast how to figure out what is the manufacturer?

I have just bought this tablet and it seems like some apps like facebook are crashing just after they load and sometimes the tablet reboots when run or upgrade an app like it overloads. is there anything i can do? should and could i change the firmware or flash it?

try the following apps, they work on my tablet:
privileg(dot)bg/media/mid97/Facebook-1.9.2-Android.apk
privileg(dot)bg/media/mid97/YouTube.apk
privileg(dot)bg/media/mid7p/com.android.SkypeApp-1-v1.0.apk
change (dot) with . and try the apps

I recently purchased a tablet of Inno-Hit, precisely the model 0707A Golem. Description of the tablet:
