I've searched very hard to find a recovery for my new phone, but there is not many options. So I managed to build one myself, fixed the fb shifting and did some modifications for convenience.
Hope it will be useful, and thanks to the CWM team.

It seems the raw emmc partition is protected by the kernel, so the update.zip which has a boot.img inside won't fully applied. You have to drag the img out and flash it via hboot mode(unlock required).
I wonder if android devices all protect their raw partitions, or just desire x does.
Anyway, here is a new build of CWM, with a tiny fix of usb lun file mismatch( not sure if it fix the usb mount issue, need someone with a otg cable to test). A patch file of CWM v6.0.1.5 is uploaded too, check to see if it helps.

No more screen jumps.
Made a backup (tar format), removed an app, then restored. Worked as expected.

Glad it works for you. It's no big deal, just a small bug fix.
In fact, I'm pretty new to android. Still adapting to this new phone, also trying to make it better.

I can confirm this but it didn't work on Llior's recovery either.
Anyway back-up and restore works just fine (without having to manually create md5) and it looks slick. Good job!
Guys, i posted a test build of touch recovery in dev section. It works but has the display shift bug. @ OP, i need your help to fix the display bug, and then look into the usb mount issue. All credits to OP, Lloir and Koush, i just followed a tutorial.

This file has all the images you will ever need (except efs.img) to restore the op2 to stock
How did I get my hands on this file? Well, I have my own ways.....
Why do people want this package so badly? It's just the MSM download tool with Stock Oxygen OS 2.1.1 . Also, it's not fastboot. It's via qualcomm bootloader.
I actually managed to crack it because i got a server powerful enough to do so(my Xeon workhorse ). But i won't share ANYTHING around without permission of OnePlus. So it's for my own use for now if i ever need it.(i couldnt even guess how you can brick your OP2 so bad that you need a bootloader restore...)
There must be a reason that they protected these files. Because i can already guess that there will be dumbasses ruining their phone even more.
If you want to make progress in this password thing, Then make a petition and kindly ask them to release the files for public.
You guys must know that i'm totally on your side that hiding files is not good. But asking passwords is even worse. And they must have thought about it when they protected them.

Well, if you have the password and don't want to share it, then why did you reply to this thread in the first place?
It's okay, you don't want to share the password but do you realise that you're just adding spam to my thread?
Edit:- and a beginner like me who bricked his galaxy core 25+ times while building build.prop tweaks, roms and kernels, an odin/fastboot file would appreciate help me, If I ever decide to release my kernel.
And most rom developers want it too.
I'm not adding spam. It's just that if you want to achieve something, make a petition. Hacking in someone else's files is bad. Their not ment for end users as they are purely for the Support Team.

Well, make a change.org petition then and let the petition begin! I will sure vote for it. Just advertise it here and there on XDA and OnePlus forum and you can get 1k within no-time. You will just need a proper explanation of why you want it. What profit it gives to us and OnePlus. And make it as business(nice) looking as possible. I will help you with it if you want it.

I don't really want to be that guy, but please spare us the morality check especially after you are claiming to have cracked the file yourself.
If you did crack it allow someone else to follow in your steps since you are so against actually sharing the file/pass. Provide someone with the info on the method used (brute force params or dictionary, etc) , if it was cracked by you it will at some point be cracked by another, no sense in delaying it.
Or don't come on a thread to begin with and start boasting about cracking it... and then wait, Oh yeah and it's for personal use.
No one seems to know how lol
Dude are you serious? Please tell me how you did this. What program did you use to get root on this phone? Why didn't you post any directions in the first place?

Hope it is working man. Dude just to make sure you understood, this TWRP we installed is not only meant for a similar but different model, but as i said i unpacked it and checked inside, and saw that some stuff seemed wrong. It was made for a device running kitkat, the partitions layout seemed different etc (our device uses almost 30 partitions O.O).
So i dont recommend trying to flash stock or custom cyanogenmod roms with it untill we are sure this custom recovery is correclty ported for our specific model, 100% functional. For instance, i couldnt find my external SD card browsing with it... Thankfully it worked for the root process
Since we already have a recovery ported to a similar device, same family 105, its probalby easy to finish porting 100% for our 105B and then start looking for custom roms for it.... or how to port them >.< lol
We can probably find someone else to help with that here in the XDA forum.
UPDATE 08/28/2016: The TWRP now seems to work fine with the external SD cart! next step is to find or build a custom rom for it and then see if TWRP is also working for flashing ROMS.

Ok, you must make sure that you have an unlocked bootloader to flash TWRP.
For that purpose go to Settings -> Developer options, and enable "OEM unlock" . "Also USB debugging".
Since we are installing Supersu after, im not sure but its safer to enable "Unknown sources" under the first security tab.
NOTE: this TWRP i will provide, is only meant to be used to install Supersu! Do NOT use it to install any custom ROM. and also dont trust its backups and data wipes/resets.
I would personally install the TWRP, use it to install Supersu and then flash my stock recovery back (only the recovery, not the stock boot). This will keep the root status and leave your stock rom more close to its original state. If you dont have a backup of your stock boot and recovery, i can share how to do it.
Thats the reason i am not openly linking this TWRP, i am afraid to people will brick their devices trying to use this port to flash custom ROMS Cyanogen etc.
BUT i am 100% confident that for rooting purposes only, this port works fine. I will link it to you in PM, cheers

OTG cable/connection ? i dont have and never tested myself.
But i downloaded "Do i have OTG?" and "USB OTG Checker" from playstore and both said that this devide does support OTG, that the OS have the OTG API etc.
Maybe the user manual on samsung's webpage have some more specific info, hope it helps.
PS: if you still did not buy it and want to know my opinion : For gamers and ppl who enjoy photography, dont buy this model. Its hardware is nice, very compact and good priced if you buy cheap. But the auto-focus-less camera makes hard to take pictures of documents for instance. And the touchscreen is buggy for playing games! only 2-point multi-touch and very bad calibrated! fails all the time. The battery is also only 1.500mxx ... you will need to be charging it everyday.

Could you please send me the source code too? If I can verify that it works safely and well, I can go ahead and recommend this post in my Bootloop fix guide .
Edit: The OP has not given me the source yet, however I went ahead and checked the file myself. The MD5 checksums of the modified 4 core files in the zip are identical to the ones I posted, so that's good. I decompiled the exe in dotPeek, and I found no malicious code in it, however, my knowledge of C and dissembling is limited, so that does not mean this file is guaranteed to be safe. But I doubt that this is malicious.
Unfortunately, this file has old files from before the core utilization fix, so I wouldn't recommend using it just for the reason that your device will be very slow. This has great potential though, and if OP maintains it, it could be very viable.
This post has actually inspired me to make a similar program, as many people could benefit from this, and I want to learn C as well, so a project like this would be a great start for me.

Sorry, I was out of town and didn't have access to my computer, btw the code is in C#, I'm sending the code to you right now.
Hey, super excited to try this, as I've been having some issues with the original fix.
For some reason, I get to "is you phone in recovery mode" (Y) and then the application closes. any thoughts?
So far all the "fixing methodes" did nothing....only twrp I was able to run on my nexus6p....I'd like to try this method too but I can't download the files.....I don't use google drive...the browser is trying to download but after 2 seconds....error...?
I am making good progress with a flashable ZIP file that can be flashed using the diagnostic factory mode. The ZIP takes a current EMUI ROM base and debloats it removing Chinese langauge apps and unnecessary Huawei branding. Useful frameworks such as Motion, Gestures, AoD, etc. are retained. Going forward I plan to develop the solution further so that you will be able to modify a customisable config file that will specify what packages you want to retain, and select a downloaded EMUI ROM for the device that will be customised as per your instruction , resulting in a ZIP file being pushed to your device and you then simply need to reboot and allow the phone to flash the update. Simple ! Therefore, each time a new stock ROM is released then this tool simply needs to be run against your customisation !
Development so far-
1. I now have a method of entering the hidden factory mode allowing a ZIP package to be flashed from internal storage , so you can simply download the ZIP to your Download folder and flash from there.
2. I have a method of saving an OTA to file.
3. I have identified the ROM GPT for the device and all partitions and sequencing; this allows me to extract all partitions contained within an Huawei ROM.
4. I am currently interrogating a sample Huawei patch ROM to discern the method of patching filesystems - which i determined is basically is an overlay of the filesystem. This makes things easy as it allows a reverse image creation from a stock partitions minus bloat removed.
5. Next step is to attempt creation of a simple patch ROM using analysis obtained from 1-4 above, and trial this out on my device. This will involve CSC and SHA256RSA creation and will need to determine a method for this. Following that I need to consolidate everything into a script. Going even further, I plan to develop a GUI app which will aid N00bs
6. Following trials I will publish the ROM and instructions with sources so that anyone in the community can examine if they so desire.
* ALL WITHOUT ROOT *
HELP NEEDED:
Anyone with a rooted device , and able to "adb root" into their device as "root" , please PM me as i could do with information that you can obtain a lot easier than I can.
Great work
Waiting for the file
?
Sorry I'm not rooted ?
Update: Rooted if need any adb feedback per OP. I haven't TWRP'd and re-ROM'd but I'm going to go back update 195 and repatch. Each time is a big hassle (just remembering steps).
I think this is great. I can probably give a hand Fri afternoon.

I PM'd you shortly after you started this thread offering my help since I have a rooted AL00. The memory card is Huawei proprietary card called NM Card (nano memory card - SD card the same size as nano SIM card) here's a link for them at Amazon (not an affiliate link) https://www.amazon.com/Huawei-Memory-Mirco-Compact-Flash/dp/B07KS8JBFH and they are quite expensive compared to micro sd cards.

Sorry about some folks being rude. You see it at times but I was surprised when I read it. Regardless, your finding is interesting. Where is the hidden menu you can use to flash a zip from? I wasn't planning on getting a nano sim because they are pricey. But if it is possible to do as you say I'll provably get one. Is there also an option to flash zip from file on computer? Thanks for your efforts!
