What is the weather provider for themer? Is there a way to change it or make it update in shorter intervals?

My weather isn't showing
It's possible that our weather provider, Open Weather Map, is currently down. Please wait a bit to see if the problem fixes itself before reporting a bug. We are working to add weather providers so this functionality is more robust.

I hope it's possible to add AccuWeather to the providers list, they do the most accurate weather for my locations.
Please consider using Weather Underground as a weather provider. I am a member and they use my personal weather station's data, so I would be able to have an accurate current weather condtion for my location on my phone

Hello everybody,
I've notice weakness in position update when using AGPS.
Basically HTC widget with time and weather forecast don't change location also if I move far away from one location.
Actually weather widget has been set-up for show weather forecast of current location and A-GPS position is always on on my Hero.
Any idea to solve? Seem that position item isn't update with x frequency...

Just got the g tablet and trying to configure it for Canadian content.
Tried to change the timezone, Eastern time should be -5 but show up as -4.
Tried to change the weather city to montreal, canada but only do US cities. Are there alternative weather software that can be put into the dashboard?

Selecting Eastern Time should properly adjust GMT by -5, even though it incorrectly says -4. As for the weather software, I would check out Fancy Widget. That's what I have been using and it gives you a nice clock/weather widget for your home screen and has a decent weather app that can be configured to punch you out to the website URL of your choice (i.e. weather.com for your area).

Is there a way to manually set your location? Pressing the weather widget and downloading the weather channel app doesn't do anything for me. I don't want to turn on location access to conserve battery.

I wonder the same thing,,,I dont want to change my EYE IN THE SKY weather app for the Weather channel flat ugly style, I wanna be able to port or reassign that icon weather in the theme to the weather app Im actually using .

As we all know that default UCCW providers are Yahoo and OpenWeatherMap. Is it possible that someone could modify the uccw apk or request Vasudev to add AccuWeather as well? Cuz AccuWeather provides a lot more accurate info than Yahoo or OWM (no offense). Thanks

I second this, I find AccuWeather to be the best weather provider, and I was a little disappointed to find that it isn't in the choice list. If someone can implement it, I'd be very grateful.
