Nup you can't flash it, it has no META.INF and folders (location) for it to be flashable, i just want to know its location

I recently rooted my Xperia TX then unfortunately i did uninstalled system phone app. Now i am at big trouble. I cant make any phone call and also unable to receive a call.
I searched 4.3's phone.apk on google alot, but didnt get any where on google. Can any body provide me the stock phone app??
