Hi guys
Is there any possibility to have any of these camera apps on the note 2 ?
I have already tried to install it manually by moving it to system/app and give it the rw--r- permissions and reboot the device but it doesn't even start.

You need to root your device first.
After that check the theme section, there are handful of good themes there

A launcher is just an overlay on current rom and is theming actually modifying the current rom? Is this correct?

You are partially correct themeing changes visual elements of the ROM by modifying the files responsible for those. e.g battery icon and so on.

It seems you don't read instructions or you missed it,
-To install theme, you need ROOT access, you don't have to install any ROM
-If you have ROOT, go to theme section and look for the theme of your choice. Personally I'll reconnect ICS domination
-Navigon is not working for you, then update it in market, and if it is still not working, then look for alternatives in market. There are some alternatives out there.
-If jbed.apk is not working as well, just try the same trick as the one abovE.

You can try this
Didnt work
Yeah, I've seen and I've tried but did not work, it's obsolete.
When i decompile SystemUI.apk (from my /system/app/SystemUI.apk), then when i want to do the step 4, i found that the folder or file SystemUI/smali/com/android/systemui/status/StatusBarService.smali did not exist.
Do you know any other updated tutorial/guide to do that? Maybe any MOD or apk?
Regards

Doesn't work, bootloops.
It doesn't work, and it's a S3 launcher themed to look like S4 launcher.(for example, all indicators look like "home", there should be only 1 home, animations are different, etc.)
It works in my device.

Reflash firmware using Odin and then root using Shaaan's method will result to No loss of data.
And next time better take a nandroid backup before flashing any Custom ROM or any MOD. So, that if it fails you can restore easily to the previous state.

Ask google and search for porting multywindows and have a look at s2, and tab 3 7' they have done it and have a tutorial about edit the smalli file. Give a try...

Stock files won't work on custom ROMs. For multiwindow, go to recents panel, long press on an app icon and choose add to split view.
