Please download "ERoot" - I had tested and it worked for A52/A54.
Please google it for download or search it in XDA...
Please download proper driver too...
It works and tested by me.

never heard of this. is that the phone which only sells in india?
if you have no official support , you can not get the driver of this device. and it is not easy to root this.

Today I got a mail frm XDA member he has bricked MTK 6577 S3 clone, with help of my chines friend we unbricked the phone very safe.. the guy is very happy I hope soon he will post over there..

need help
Hello every one
i have this phone (alps e1901 v77 fwvga) aka xtouch x507 (mt6577)
i flashed the original firmware from the supplier but since then the phone didn't boot
it wont charge also, but it's being recognized by pc and i still can flash on it.
and i tested the battery its charged, and also there is current drain (~50 mA)
when power button is pressed
so any ideas!!!???
Recently i bought a videocon 85c tablet. I need root access on that device.

I finally discover which phone i have... is a Tinji I9300(S3) MTK6577 with the sims down the battery.
As you can imagine, almost of links for roms are dead, i just only found one working rom but i need to be premium on Needrom, so
Anyone here can share this rom with me?
