someone managed to make a patch for stock rom SG I9100 JB 4.1.2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1923576
I tried the stock rom patch at the N7100 but stops at

[Q] Will this stock ROM enable video calls in "Talk"?

I have a quick question I hope someone can help me with. I'm currently on a quite old stock ROM and wonder if upgrading to the latest ROM on Kies will enable video calls in "Talk"? That's the only thing I miss on my S2.

that might be 4.0.4.Im not 100% sure though .But definitely not 4.1.2 Jellybean
