i two months back bought micromax canvas HD in the bigining it works properly after that i am getting launcher error suddenly i dont knw y it s coming than i upgraded it 4.2.1 successfully but the same problem i got i.e launcher error suddenly signal goes and everything happens when i removes battery and put it back it will be ok for some time tan the problems repeats again ok.suddenly y'dy what happend is same prob repeated i removed battery as usually and put it back but now phone is not turning on it showing CANVAS HD screen and remains for hours.i started recovery mode and wiped everythig data,cache repeatedly 4 to 5 times,but the result is same...what should i do is my phones hardware got any problem..anyone can help me my no.09640623143 because i am afraid of service centers listening that they wil not respond immediately.otherwise tell me good service center n hyderabad which will respond immediately.plz help me urgent frns..

1. Is your phone rooted?
2. Have you tried to flash it again?
3. Remove any recovery and try to flash original firmware without root and check if problem still persists?
4. Was any antivirus installed?

3.i hav removed all the recoveries
4.yes i installed AVG pro from uc browser
now it is not showing charging info also

try to create a new windows user with admin rights. install a116 drivers and try to reflash.

i have tried but still it is nt working
First u need to install the vcom drivers and then run sp tools as administrator privilege then it will work refer to how to flash stoxk rom in sp tools thread in general section.

Current Set Up :
I am using single sim with 3G activated. Phone is unrooted.
Problem :
Every 30 mins my handset seems to disconnect from both network as well as mobile data (internet). The network bars show full network (all bars) but i dont receive any calls or smses and nethier can i call or send any sms. However as soon as i restart my cell everything starts functioning for another 30-40 mins.

Micromax has a policy of replacing the device if any problem arises in first thirty days.
Also to mention that I have the same and I dont get any such issues
This is the best you can do other procedures need root which will void warranty
So go and get it replaced

Hey friend I have resolved the problem.
None in this post replied to me.
But I found the solution myself.
You go to root explorer via is file manager
Then go to device>system>app and there delete the Micromax registration.apk
That's it.
For network error download the latest stock ROM 2.0 instead of 1.6
And then both the sims will work

I am not able to find that thing in file manager
can you tell me where it is located in the phone (device>system>app )
there is app in setting > device > apps

I am Using Canvas HD even i am facing the same issue and couldnt find solutions i even got it replace with the new one but this one also has same problem it gets hangs every 30-40 mins, than after reboot it works fine
the Problem which i found is 3G network, when i switch off 3G it works fine and doesnt Hang, but when i ON the 3G it gets hangs after 30- 40 mins even it can happen after 1-2 hrs
so i keep my phone on 2G network, whenever i require i ON the 3G use it then switch it off again... in this way its working Great... but it is just temporary solution

First you have to root your device
Then 1) install es file explorer from play store
2) open es file explorer and there Press the menu button situated left to home button below the screen
3) click on tools > root explorer> Mount r/w >
4) here set system to Rw instead of ro
5) after doing this you go to device > system folder > app folder > here delete the micromax registration.apk

No friend you should not face this kind of issue go back to service centre again and get the solution
As we have got the best device from micromax so no such issue should be tolerated

Thanks Aziz, I followed the steps you have mentioned above but I faced two problems and could get through.
1) Root explorer could not be opened. Msg is appearing as couldn't be opened in your phone.
2) Micromax registration apk could not be deleted. Can't delete msg is appearing

I have a samsung galaxy young s6312. My phone has stock android 4.1.2 jellybean. I rooted it with framaroot using gandalf exploit. Its been 2 days since I rooted my phone, and it has freezed four times in these two days. By freezing, I mean that when I am playing a game, it suddenly stops responding and the screen goes black. I have to take the battery out and reinsert it. This never happened to me with my non rooted phone. Anyone facing this issue?? Plz tell me why I am facing it and how can I solve it....

I am facing same problem since I rooted my phone. In the last 2 days it has been freeze 2 times. It didn't behave like that when it was not rooted.

Have you tried booting into recovery and doing a factory reset. You should also try clearing the Dalvik cache in recovery as well.
Actually what solved my problem was flashing the stock rom again. I was tired of having to do a battery pull every few hours. So I decided to flash stock firmware and see if it solved the issue. So I flashed XXAMG1 4.1.2 firmware to my device and rooted it(with Framaroot). No issues since, now my phone doesn't freeze. So I might recommend flashing XXAMG1 Jellybean 4.1.2 firmware to ur device if u have the same issue as mine.
Problem is not wit rooting guys!
The problem is wit d superuser app.!
Install "super Su" app n remove "superuser" app..!
Mine fone used to hang 5-6 times a day.
Bt replacing superuser app solved my problem...

does anyone know a fix for this or what is causing thjis ? right now i am on stock 4.2.1

Power off the device, press vol up+vol down + power buttons. when it appears, press vol down for factory mode. Inside unit tests, test the camera. If it still doesn't work, get your phone to a service center.

first of all remove the app all in ons tool box...good for nothing...
then try restoring ur phone to factory settings...if that does solve ur problem...then its ok...
if not...then try flashing the stock rom urself..
Micromax servicing centre are bogus..... I have faced that problem too...try flasing stock rom...or custom rom..by urself...

I think its stock rom's problem if u have not rooted it and it is happening then take it to service center
