My s2 is on cyanogenmod 10.2 and there isn't samsung keyboard installed. How can i get it on to Cyanogenmod?

Can you please rename the file? It's not letting me install it because HTC's keyboard has the same name.

Check the md5 sum and see if it matches.

That is if we have a complete device tree(which is already there now completed by chotu but not tested)
We just need someone to apply the patch n compile (that wud be better than making a new one)

you still need to update it for cm11 though
