I don't know if this will work on other roms but I got a stock Samsung launcher and keypad from the rom I currently use.
They are themed up and I hope others can use them.
If it works then I have tested them on the rom they came with on 200 dpi.
Please let me know if they work for other roms.
I have been looking for these multi dpi my self and couldn't find them anywhere.
Ps. If you have any multi dpi stock Samsung apps then please share them here.
I attached 3 more apps which I found useful and works in any dpi.
Note: I don't know who made these apps so I don't know who to give credit nor do I know if these apps already exist on xda.

I was looking for ways to get s memo to show up right at 240 dpi and came across this thread in the international Note forum which showed how to edit the smemo.apk to work at 240 dpi so you don't get cross hatched background. I started working on it but I realized someone already made one here. This one is the s memo in the leaked S Note, S Memo from the to be released premium suite from the Chinese rom leak posted on numerous developer threads.
I tried every single way imaginable but just can't get the S note to work. S memo works fine. It looks like the same S-Memo as our att ics leak.
If someone can try to get the S Note to work will be awesome. I posted the link of all the files in my dropbox. Some threads say if you copy all the below 4 leaked files and set permission correctly, SNote should work. Some say you need complete stock theme form the leaked ICS. I tried the revert from Alpha II, and Snote don't work. I haven't gone as far as complete reflash alpha 2 since I'm too lazy. Maybe some mastermind can get S Note to work.
For instructions on how to make custom DPI of your choice see first link above. FYI: the double s pen tab S-memo widget works but saved file is still messed up once you try to few it.

So your saying to download that rom and pull out the Smemo app, and we can put it into other ics roms?

He probably is looking for the widgets it came with most ics roms don't have them

Unless you are running touch wiz, you cannot use S Apps because they require the framework from touch wiz to work.
The same for widgets, if you run any other launcher you will lose the widgets for the S Apps until you revert back.
Maybe I'm losing my mind (or I've been up for 24 hours straight ) but if TW libs and framework is truly added to CM9/10-based ROMs as mentioned here:

Then why doesn't a simple push of the SIMPlanner.apk, SIMPlannerProvider, and SPlannerAppWidget to /system/app (with appropriate permission changes, of course) work?
I flashed & have TW on my Note which BTW is currently running Collective's CP3, and the Weather Widget works just fine... but I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around why the rest of the Samsung apps that seem to rely on TW framework won't work, especially if by the weather widget working, the framework is installed and obviously working on CM10 (which some other posts seem to say won't work) ?

Hey guys, I would like to use the CM9 dialer on stock Samsung.. Reason ? Its multi dpi compatible...
I had posted a request in the past to try convert Samsung dialer to multi dpi.. with no response. Sadly I dont have the skill to do this myself
So the next best thing is CM9 dialer ! Can anyone confirm this working ? AOSP messages have been ported over to stock.. Anyone heard anything about the dialer being too ?
This would involve: Phone.apk & Contacts.apk....

i need CM9 dialer on Sammy based Roms too. This diaer can search whole contact name, while sammy dialers can search only first name. can this be ported?

I tried to copy contacts and phone apk's from CM9 rom to a Omega 9.0 Rom but it didnt work. I think these apk's will need some makeover before moving to sammy based Roms

Hey! Have tried exdialer from market? It's basically a miui style dialer but you can install the ics theme over it. I think this should do your job.

LGHome3 is the version of the LGHome Launcher that as far as I know, LG make it for ICS and partially upgraded with the 4.1.2 upgrade (It just add some wallpapers and some basic changes to the widgets). The LGHome.JB4.apk that you saw was a port from somebody in the community to make it available for 4.2 since the other versions FC and wouldn't work properly. Currently that port works partially and for 4.2 and FC when you try some things.
You can also see another version of the LGHome in the market called Simple Home by LGElectronics ( http://goo.gl/7eAVz ) and I think it was the version 2 since it doesn't have an app drawer, don't came with the widgets and it's compatible with Froyo 2.2.
About the themes you were looking for, LGHome has themes since version 2. Some carriers like AT&T block all the themes (I don't know why!) or only left 1 or 2 in their deploy, but they could be found at the Korean and Japanese ROMs.
Looking for a LGHome port to 4.2 I found some themes that work at http://goo.gl/bjjjr

Please take note that to those themes to work properly they have to be installed in the /System/App folder (Need root access) and not in the /Data/App folder where the apps normally install when you use the installation wizard opening the apk directly. The links I provided previously have a very good tutorial of how to install them in a way that they work.
Anyway, LGHome is a very good launcher but if you are looking for another experience about themes and changing the appearance try another launchers like Nova and Apex that will give you a very Nexus 4 feeling and are very good saving battery life. Also you can use Go Launcher that have a lot of free themes. Or if you want to make huge changes or get very different experience check buzz launcher or MiHome that have some really good themes and some crazy stuff.
Go out there and try them all and every time you want to try something different, have more than 1 working launcher installed just in case and make backup of everything you overwrite in case you damage something.

Can someone please help me to figure out how to install a 5X6 or 5X5 TW Launcher on my Note? I've downloaded every SecLauncher2 for android and I've used root explorer to push them all thru system/apps, changed permissions etc. Nothing works on my end. It all force closes. I'm running AOCP 4.6. Is there something I'm missing? The other launchers work fine but I prefer TW Launcher. I've replaced the stock launcher and and when I reboot the phone, Touchwiz unfortunately stops not allowing me to access it. Any help would be appreciated. If even be willing to try a rom with that launcher already included. I'm desperate..lol

I do believe that there lib and framewrok files that you need also. It would have to be a modified launcher for sure to work on AOCP. Which ones have you tried already?

Just install a new rom because obviously this one is not too stable on your phone. Or maybe factory reset your phone. Pull the battery out while it is on. Might help a little. If I helped, thank me.

First, the TouchWiz Launcher is a part of the TouchWiz framework of Samsung's semi-fork of Android. So getting a TouchWiz Launcher to work would mean running a stock based Samsung ROM. FlappJaxx's FJ-Build 12, Novena or BlackStar, for example, would be able to use the TouchWiz launcher because they are all based off the 4.0.4 Official TouchWiz ROM. It won't work on AOCP, because it is based of AOSP with CM and AOKP features.
Second, there is a work around to having the TouchWiz look on your phone while using AOCP 4.6. Download a Android stock based launcher; I prefer APEX, but I believe it will work with NOVA as well. While searching for the launcher in the Play Store, you can also go ahead and search for themes. Apex TouchWiz will more than likely yield the fastest result. Load the launcher up, go into settings and hit theme and then select TouchWiz and customize it from there. You will now have the look and "feel" of the TW Launcher without having constant foreclosures whenever you try to use it.

What you are attempting is difficult at best...
Touch wiz launchers are coded to rely on their dedicated framework found in Samsung TW roms.
The only method I'm aware of, to use the launcher, is by using the roms that include it.
There are several TW roms available, and they can be easily stripped down to a lean and effective build by simply using your favorite root explorer app.
Dumping the bloat is already done for you when using the Canadian versions of the TW build.
You can also use the N7005 builds we have too.
See the super everything thread in the general section, and I'm sure you will find a rom to suit your liking.
Read the threads carefully, as they include important information.
