also change topic title as it is inaccurate now they didnt cancel they did recall and avoided you get faulty goods
Yeah, same here. Are there any other tempered glass protectors? I liked how thin the flexible one was.
I'd like to know if there are others:\

The link posted in the first response is for a thread that talks about different screen protectors, not just iLoome.

I went to the at&t store today and bought the Zagg shield for my note. I asked the manager if they install and he said he'd put it on for me. Now im home and there's a tiny hair under the shield im pissed... They're closed now but am i being picky? and do you think they'll put a new one on for free? Thanks for any comments or suggestions.

Yes they will. Thats there job. Just raise a little hell. It will get done.

I'm pretty sure you can reapply the same Zagg screen protector. A quick google search reveals other people have done it.
Ok thanks for your guys help. Ill be headed to at&t in the morning.

When they decided to install it they assumed the risk for failure. Go back and they should take care of it for you. If you see a hair you are not being picky. Can I ask, why a screen protector? It has Gorilla Glass.
Yea i still got the Zagg because i wanted the added protection just in case ; ) better than paying at&t 200$ if something happens. Not sure if gorilla glass is scratch proof or just like shatter proof.
Edit: I looked at the gorilla glass website and it says its scratch and dent proof so i guess Zagg isn't really necessary.

Gorilla isn't scratch proof. My Atrix can attest to that.

Ok so i guess gorilla glass+Zagg is the way to go. Thanks because the website says its scratch proof but i believe it still can be scratched regardless of what the Co. Says

I ordered a screen protector and it's on the way. I didn't gave one on my iphone and used a leather wallet case. 4 Months later, there's a permanent smudge on the iPhone from the leather.

I'll definitely be getting a tempered glass screen protector and I want the opinions of anyone that has one. I thought I was going to be limited to spegen until I found this one. ( http://www.armorz.com/en/product/Ga...Tempered-Glass-for-Samsung-Galaxy-Note-3/fm60 ) the rounded edges is a must, but from the videos I see it has armorz branding on the lower right part of the screen which kills it for me. Looks like a solid product otherwise. What are my other optons? Is it just spigen and this one?
I'd be shocked if that branding was actually present on the protector. Seems more like a web site watermark to protect the images. In any case I'd contact the company before purchasing just to be certain.

I need one. Who has bought the cheap 8$ one ? I need to find the ones with the buttons. I bought off ebay for my s4 with buttons but the note doesnt specify if it comes with them?
Sent from my SM-N900V using xda app-developers app
I bought the $8 dollar ones, and they do come with jelly buttons however the buttons were hideous. Don't bother using them or order aluminum ones from spigen or mime
I have used both the Bodyguardz $35 and the EBay $8 tempered glass screen protector and there isn't much of a difference between them.
Don't waste your money. You will be happy with the $8 one.

I'm using the Invellop glass. Was super cheap at $7 shipped. Works and have had zero problems.
I'm pretty sure they are all about the same but can someone post a specific link to the eBay item not just the search for the tempered glass cover they bought?

i'm sure a little searching won't do any harm, just search for tempered glass and you get a long list.
I got a few from china for less than USD 3.
I'm surprised to see that the cheap tempered glass screen protectors found on eBay are OK.
And I'm happy, too. I'll probably just order something like this:

i'm sure even if they are bad quality, they are at least stronger and provide better protection than the plastic one's.

I don't have the note 3 ATM, so I cannot comment on this, but I have a note 2 version, been on my phone for about 8-9 months now, hasn't affected any features on the phone yet, including the S pen.

I see, thank you.
I was wondering if that detail could be the difference between the "good" and the cheap ones. But maybe not.

apparently these protectors were selling at double or tripled the price about 4-5 months ago, and they were hard to find, even in china, suddenly they started to flood the china market, my last visit to china last month i've seen over 40-50 brands, it seems like they are package rebadged, so even if they have a different package the protectors are the same, but i'm not saying that there is only one variation of the protectors all rebadged.
I was told there are fake ones available, but they are still glass.
I have one called the m glass and gold tempered glass, bother very thin and original.
Hey guys, i went ahead and bought the bear motion screen protector, its awesome, definitely recommend, and here is a video review of it!

I've been using a .15mm MIME USA Feather Glass protector since the later part of October.
It's a bargain for $5, check out the video for more details.

I second this, the fit is anything but good. There are rather large gaps around the screen which defeats the purpose of having a screen protector.
It has poor fitting(large gaps on the side). Pretty thick compare to other protectors. Are you sure you got the temper glass protector? I find it hard to believe you got it for $1. I paid $6 and it's a waste.
I paid $16 for a flexible glass protector by iloome. Now that's worth the money. Great fit.
I have 0 gaps on mine, I think it's user error. If fits perfectly & I even have a case on mine. I purchased 10 of these for 10 different devices & good investment.

I have the spartan glass on the galaxy s5, and by far its the best one I've tried! I was planning to buy the same for the G3 but they are out of stock and then I see the negative reviews!
More to the point, the video actually shows the flaw everyone is talking about: Even though you have pushed the glass further from one side, the other side, still has a small gap! even ignoring that, the fact that you have left space on one side but the other side hasn't gone off the screen means the fit is not perfect. Don't get me wrong, it's still a great value but I can see where the complains are coming from.
Thank man for the video review nonetheless.

I saw no issues with it & fits fine for me. But if worse comes to worse, I'll just contact them & get it replaced. Their CS is AMAZING!
The edges of the screen protector don't go over because the gap is very minimal when I attached it, if I would have removed it & put it on again I'm sure it would have fit fine.
I'm just glad you don't even notice it with a case on it & it doesn't lift at all.
Sent from my HTC6525LVW using Tapatalk
I don't know where all these rave reviews are coming from, maybe I got a bad unit from XtremeGuard. The glass protector is very thick, it feels sticky to the touch, it doesn't line up well and there's no cut out for the camera. If I hadn't ordered it a month ago for 90% off I would have sent it back. Now it will just sit collecting dust.

It can't be user error because if there are gaps its a manufacturing error not a user one. A user can't make the protector smaller.

Exactly. If you have room to push the screen protector over and it leaves a gap on one side then it doesn't fit.
All the protectors I've had that have the "gap" makes them case friendly. I prefer that myself, but to each their own I guess.
I have 0 complaints about the screen protectors

I understand your point, my only issue is the size of that gap. On other screen protectors it's almost non-existent, but this one has a big gap in comparison.
