The widget which shows ram state is from clean master and the above two widets are app monitor and slider widgets downloaded from samsung apps

Themed: (no 3rd party apps like xposed or xtheme, just pure modification in systemui.
1. transparent status bar
2. center clock
3. iphone like battery with 4% increment
4. redesign pulldown
5. debloated
6. deodexed

Screen shots are really cool specially your status bar if u have full rom zip than please post rom in development section or you can provides system ui apk so that we can also try this in our cell. Tweak mod whatever you have please share with us.
