Using AT&T phone on T-Mobile prepaid - AT&T HTC One (M7)

Hi everyone, I'm currently running ARHD v30 on an AT&T phone. I'm getting H+ (21mbps) as it doesn't have AWS.
What do I need to do in order to get LTE?
Here's my getvar:
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.55.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.20.3263.30

(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
(bootloader) commitno-bootloader: dirty-6cad6811

Is there a way I can verify if LTE is available in my area? I need to rely on refarming of 1900MHz right?
Thanks!

I can't find the file specifically for my phone to get it to the 3.19 minimum needed for android 5.1.
Anyone that can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

2G/GSM Only. Not 3G/4G LTE

I received my smartphone, (I'm from Chile) and put the ENTEL PCS Nano-SIM, and no signal and sometimes takes the 2G network only, and then falls again. Never takes 3G / 4G signal. I've never changed ROM, comes with the original ROM. My HTC One M8 is AT&T.
This is my bootloader version.
