Hello i was trying to update my s4 clone, but missed click using something called mcm or something and it restore my cellphone to factory data, and know i dont have boot animation logo, i tried to use many programas like boot animation logo changer, rom toolbox but nothing works, can anyone help me please?

Yesterday I bought Samsung S4 Korean Clone by Media Tek and experiencing several issues with the rest and I decided to go with Factory Reset.
After Factory Reset it stopped displaying Samsung Logo at boot and shut down. I was doing research online and installed different tools on it and all were pointed out that handset should be rooted.
I saw another tutorial to root with MtkDroidTools_v248 and after the successful root of my handset I restarted it and phone gone blank.
I tried to do another factory reset by holding volume up+power+home button but no luck.
I don't have any backup.
Anyone can help?

You should try this one. #*#94#*# Then it will Reboot with the logo Hope this works for you

I have backup of the same Just Find a CWM recovery for your MT6572 Chipset by searching forum, And Restoring my Backup via. CWM. It will work. Tell me if you want that Backup I will upload as sson as I get your reply. Thank you.

I have a Galaxy S4 clone by Mediatek,it's MT6572 S00 I had a problem on it & after I recovered it stopped working,so I start a long journey look for a backup or a Rom & everyone I tried I got a different prob like:
some made it black nothing work at all & others made 1/2 the screen work & the other 1/2 yellow or multicolor...& it's like that since a long time & I really start to lost hope :'( so Please any help or backup files?
MTKs are a waste of time. If you like Android development and stuff, skip MTKs and get a more reliable brand.

Well mate, I am off MTK, abondened MTK happily everafter, so I could provide you the backup files as I get on to my desk back, but the real problem is lib files about in your clone S4 as it depends on Display IC number used in and according to it you have the firmware must contain that Display IC firmware, so you have to tear down the phone and let know the display IC number, but still it is a no go.

I have a Allwinner A33 tablet with Android 4.4.2 it's 1024x600, and I want to change boot logo (not bootanimation), it displays 2 logos at boot before bootanimation, and I want to change them, how can I do it?
I have found many posts about this but none for A33, I also do not have any boot/ROM for it...
Is there a way that I can backup the device, change the logo and send it back with the same boot but with my logo?

Is this still the way to edit firmware files? I have tried DragonFace 2.5 but when I put the image back on the tablet it sits at the boot logo and doesnt go from there. Is there a tutorial on how to edit the logos and customise the preinstalled apps and desktop etc?

I am also facing the same issue. Even if I just save the firmware without making any changes in DragonFace, the device just freezes on the boot logo when flashed with Phoenix Suite.
Am i using the wrong combination of tools (Dragon Face to change the firmware and Phoenix Suite to Flash it)?
hi guys i was trying to flash CyanogenMod 13 (android 6.0) on my S3 and and the flashing went good but when i boot my phone i go to samsung logo then cm13 logo and it stucks there and nothing happened it just keep saying "application optimization 1 on 23" and if it completes 23 then back to cm 13 logo and it repeats. i tried to format dalvik cache and factory reset the phone after flashing but nothing changed also i did this with two different number of builds can anybody helps me and tahnk you soooo much!

I think something is wrong with the boot and shutdown animation, because the built in animations (the samsung exynos animation) just doesn't work. Does it work for anybody, or does anybody know how to fix it??

If you are on complete original/stock firmware, boot/shutdown animation should work fine.
Maybe you have to install/flash stock firmware (with Odin on PC). Battery charging animation is still working?

Hi, thanks for responding.
Yes I am on the original/stock rom and the battery charging animation is working (I haven't even unlocked the bootloader). The boot animation is the SAMSUNG EXYNOS one, my phone only shows up the SAMSUNG logo and then the phone boots into android .
