Hey
I have a Galaxy Note 2 International Version (GT-N7100), Rooted and was running the Illusion 4.2.2 ROM and TWRP Custom Recovery
Since yesterday, i have been just been stuck on the Boot Loop.
I dont mind, unRooting and then rooting again, however i would like to backup my internal storage, is there anyway i can do this?
I would really appreciate your guidance.
Thanks alot
Okay, so i went into the TWRP recovery and i wiped the Cache and Dalvik Cache, then rebooted to system, there then optimized the apps and then got stuck on the staring apps loop!

I've taken on a bit more than qualified I guess as I rooted my att GS3 just fine and flashed a new aokp rom and was up and running but started to have intermitent flickering. It prompted me to reflash rom with CM10 and this is were my problems began. I wiped data/factory reset, cache partition,Dalvik cache, mounts & storage format cache, and accidentally format emmc which I think is my problem. I was able to still reboot to CWM recovery but I can't do much more than that, and now I can't get to CWM recovery mode at all. Have tried to boot and reflash from ex/sdcard no good. PC doesn't recognize phone to do recovery from backup and I didn't do internal backup which I now know was dumb. Is there anything I can do to get back up and running or did I screw myself and have to get a new phone? PLEASE HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!!!

Hey. I rooted my phone 3 days ago and installed wanamlite rom. It was good but i felt uncomfortable so i wanted to install the Android Revolution rom. I read the instructions, it was okay,i placed my superwipe and rom.zip to int card. After that i made a wipe/factory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik then flashed superwipe from cwm. Right now i got nothing on the phone. The phone boots but stucks in galaxy s3 logo. I can go into odin mode and cwm but cannot go into fastboot. I removed my sdcard to another phone, moved the rom.zip into it then i replaced again into s3. Went to the cwm and tried to flash from sdcard but then i got the error which is "e: can't mount sdcard".. So im totally stuck, I don't know much things about what can i do now.. Please help me, thanks..
Ok so the weirdest thing has happened to my phone. i was running Paranoid android 4.0 and going about my life with no problems. i wake up this morning and my phone was SUPER slow and I reboot except it never made it past the samsung logo. I can get it to boot into clockwork and i figured wiping/re-installing the rom might fix things but now its really weird. i can flash images but i cannot wipe /data or /system or /wipe dalvik cache.
..still bootloops after re-flashing PA and gapps. and since it doesn't go past the samsung logo the samsung rootkit can't work with it.
CWM works on every other level but when it comes to working with internal storage. is it possibly my onboard memory might be corrupted or something?
So i got it working..
I pushed the SD SWAP, rebooted and managed to wipe /data /system and so forth and re-installed PA and got everything working...my internal memory is still corrupted but the phone works. idk what has happened but its a "fix"
Hi,
I had rooted my samsung galaxy note 2 a year ago. Till then I successfully flashed many ROMs. However recently when I tried to install DN3 (Ditto Note 3) ROM, when it rebooted my phone stuck on the "Samsung Note GT-n7100" logo and could not move further. It was "soft" bricked. I installed Philz recovery through ODIN and able to restore my data. After then I tried 2-3 times to install the same ROM but every time the installation failed in between.
At last I tried to install Phoenix touchwiz ROM but my phone got hanged again in between during installation. It seems there is some problem in my internal memory card which comes in between during installation.
Do I need to format my internal memory? Please let me know the probable causes of this issue.
Just wanted to tell you that all the time I wiped cache + Wipe Cache partition + Wipe Delvik Cache before commencing installation.
your comments would be greatly appreciated!
Hi everyone, I am new here but have been an active user over on Crackberry for many years.. Here's my story
I have a galaxy S4 (SGH-i377m)
Rooted via Odin.
Android 5.0.1
Just recently (since buying my Priv) I decided to flash stock marshmallow. I found gapps and the rom that was compatible.
I restarted into recovery (twrp) and made a backup, I then moved the backup recovery to my desktop computer so it wouldn't take room on my phone. I then moved my new rom, gapps, and Subeta, to my phone internal storage, wiped phone, dalvik, flashed all 3 zips but the rom failed to install. I tried everything, unfortunately formating the phone, currently have no operating system and the phone is stuck on the boot screen.
The phone is also not discoverable by my desktop so flashing the recovery wasn't possible.
I have since moved recovery from desktop to media card and flashed off the media card, that failed.
After many tries and wipes and formatting I decided to try CWM. Using CWM everything flashed but my recovery. Again, phone is stuck on boot screen.
I really don't know where to go from here.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks
