that's because you messed up something with SystemUI.apk
make sure it is in /system/app and have right the permissions

The font is not good. Hungarian language can not be used, I downloaded a font converter work .A top status bar to know that the extra lane should post in which you re-start, power-off function as well.
Got an enlarged (restart feature off) and restart icon and menu (samsung galaxy) changes. Signal strength and wifi, bluetoot 3D visualization. download Tomorrow!

Please try redownloading the apk files. If you downloaded it with Google Chrome than even if the download is broken it will show as complete. Try downloading again. Let me kn9w if it works...

As I read the in the link,it seems this is only compatible with the default theme.
Is this correct,or,if need be,I can test on my current set-up.

The add-on is for the default stock theme. I don't know what resources exactly are used by the dark theme.
But you sure can mix all kind of themes using designs/themes manager (choose local resource - only default icons / rest as you prefer).

I just installed this theme.
As it's still an alpha release it works well and will be worth putting more work into.
The main thing I would say after a very quick look is that the red need to be a brighter red if you get my meaning ?
It's just that it doesn't stand out enough from the black.
On my status bar it's hard to see if the WiFi etc is on or not.
I like your other themes so will happily help test any updates to this one.
