Probably the last version of this mod.
Big thanks to my three donators, People like you keep developers making awesome things.
Changelog:
The sorting issue on reboot has been fixed, Samsung made it so it would only properly work if you have all apps in alphabetical order.
As a happy side effect my start up code seems twice as fast as samsung, reducing start up time!
Instructions
Just download the attached APK and update the current version, and reboot your device for the changes to take effect.
02-01-2013 - 1898 downloads
New version compatible with framework 2.0, Attached to this post. *People who update: Make sure you download and install the latest xposed framework, Before pressing "Install/Update" else you will receive incomparable message*
Get it here - (2.0: Removed the native library replacement again, support for 4.1 and 4.2, Instagram crash fixed, ...)

Initial release - 1737 downloads
*Not compatible with version message / Updating procedure*
1. Follow the link and download the xposed framework (again)
2. Install the apk and overwrite the current installation
3. Open the xposed installer and hit "Install / Update"
You are now on the latest version of the xposed framework, And ready to update my mod.
Requirements
Root
XposedFramework - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2012770
Another multi window mod?
Yes! Because of the wonderful xposed framework it should work on all roms that have the normal multiwindow control.
But wait there is more! With others mods if you try to move an app to the bar from the edit page sometimes, you're suddenly dragging a different app, but with my mod this is fixed :highfive: Now also features correct sorting on reboot and faster start up times.
How to
Download and install the xposed framework from the thread above (no flashing required, but does require root)
Download and install my attached APK
In the xposed installer app goto the modules pane and activate my mod
Reboot
Enjoy
How to 240 DPI
Download and install the xposed App settings mod http://www.villainrom.co.uk/forum/threads/xposed-app-settings.5486/
Open App Settings and find "com.sec.android.app.FlashBarService"
Set DPI to 240
Install the 240DPI version of my mod as described above. (attached to post)

I don't know but i think so, just test it i guess
The worst that could happen is that the multiwindow bar process stops, and then you can disable the mod with 4 clicks.

It should work on any stock rom. Just make sure you install the xposed framework once you've opened it. You have to reboot for a mod to work once activated in the xposed framework

Wonderful. I think if xposed mods were grouped up in pulser_g2 thread to make that a sort of repository, it would make more people aware of them.

I don't agree, either 1 post or 100 posts which will you notice?
Also if things start stacking up developers wont be able to keep questions and such separated, if everyone posts in the same thread.

No, it modifies the original code. Thus it runs the same times as unmodded.

Well to be completely honest, a forum setup like XDA is terrible for development. It's impossible to keep track of anything.
You need a proper bug tracker for good development.
Well Pulsar has at least made a section for xposed framework mods on the villainrom forums: http://www.villainrom.co.uk/forum/forums/xposed_framework_mods/
The mod is working fine, thank you!
There is one small thing I would like to ask if possible.
The function do not work when I connect it to the dongle (allshare cast). It might act the same while on hdmi but I do not have a cable to check it.
On custom rom with mod for multi this feature is working fine, if that helps.

Just an FYI about the CRT-OFF Animation. Like most of the other CRT-OFF MODs, it is a little tricky for some users. From what I see, you need to have Auto-Brightness OFF for it to work properly. I also heard that sometimes you need to be connected to WiFi as well for it to work. I never use Auto-Brightness, nor am I ever disconnected from the internet (thanks to Verizon forcing us all to give up our unlimited data plans---> is there an emoticon for a middle finger?), so I never have issues with the CRT-OFF.

Okay, so FIRST OFF, I'd like to avoid any flak I may take for this guide lol. Also, I'm not gay or anything. I just prefer not to sound boring and unclear, unlike a lot of people aha. Before you start saying, "CyanogenMod iz da !" and "Yew suk newb unlok yew bootlodah!," I'd like to point out that SURPRISINGLY ENOUGH there are a lot of people here who haven't been able to unlock their bootloader, thanks widely to T-Mobile USA. -.- So there are many people who have root and recovery, but are unable to install ROMs and feel unsafe flashing European phone versions, only to mess up and screw over their phone's digitizer with no knowledge of how to fix it! (lol) Anyways, if that's you.. THIS THREAD IS FOR YOU!

This is going to take some time, and it won't be a perfect thread as it's one of my first. However, I hope I can suit it up into nice sections for you!

Alright, so to all you experienced users, disregard this section aha! Basically I'm teaching you how to root and gain CWM access in a broad 3 step process. Enjoy!
Click to collapse
STEP 1.) Root your phone. If you're on JB, use THIS METHOD. You don't need to do the spritebud check, just run the application provided and it should root you. After you do this, install the Superuser app from the Play Store that was developed by CLOCKWORKMOD, and start it and select "install" on the popup dialog. If it failed to install the binaries, run the LGPwn application again and do it a couple more times until it works, if it doesn't, ask for help on his thread.

STEP 2.) Install busybox and CWM. Go to the Play Store and download the BusyBox app made by Stericson, and install busybox. Then go into Artas' L9 Recovery Installer, and install that. You can find the recovery HERE.

Click to collapse
STEP 3.) When you power on your phone, the LEDs should flash repeatedly for about 3-5 seconds, in order to enter CWM Recovery, press the VOL DOWN button and it should load up the menu. DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING YOU AREN'T SURE ABOUT.

Before you freak out, yes there is customization with rooted phones that doesn't require an unlocked bootloader! The best of which is done using the Xposed Framework, a guide that I made HERE. Alright, so you've either continued to read here because... 1.) You're a rebel who didn't click the LINK DARN YOU, 2.) You've themed your phone with Xposed (AWESOME), or 3.) You didn't want to because you're a BORING LAZY POOPFACE. With that being said, ever seen those stupid QSlide apps that you MAY or MAY NOT use? You can't remove them on stock. They take up space and make it look all.. blegh. BUT! There's this really awesome guy named @mateo1111 who created a mod to remove those pesky space-wasters from your precious notifications! AND, if that wasn't enough, he created a mod to make your notification bar PITCH BLACK. It looks absolutely, undeniably, SICK. Here's the links to each of his posts.

Now, there are also modified applications available, in various colors and formats. I personally am a huge fan of transparency, as I use a setup with a (usually) galactic wallpaper, and set that as my keyboard background using "Kii," and have my epic background in all the apps I use But how would I do that? Well, "Team Blackout" has made it easier than ever! I'll leave links to their stuff below I highly recommend their things, and they actually complete orders and requests. It's amazing, and I can't turn back to the bright white and ugly color schemes that Google uses in their applications. Check these out guys

There's a TON of apps in the Play Store (More than iOS now W00T!), but the best are often hidden among the popular Chinese ones filled with advertisements. (Go Dev, I'm looking at you.) So without further ado, here are the applications that I absolutely recommend without a doubt to ANYONE with this phone, or any phone, for that matter.
Textra - This is a given. It's a texting replacement app, and its ingenious Group Chat feature is unrivaled and is cross-platform. It even has an amazing feature to turn on data only when sending/receiving MMS. Amazing. Also, it looks a lot like the "Kik" app if you know what that is. I personally am not a fan of that iOS/Android-blend kinda UI, but it's doable I guess. I recommend using Hangouts for SMS now.
Next Browser - Wow, Go Dev Team actually made a decent piece of software for once! Don't get me wrong, I'm no developer, and couldn't do any better, but their applications are bloated into eternity. Sadly, I've watched this browser get more bloated slowly and slowly, but at least they haven't advertised their other apps in it yet. ANYWAYS, this browser is really fast and smooth, but doesn't sync across devices like Opera/Chrome/Firefox, so sorry to multi-device fanatics.
A replacement launcher - Smart Launcher, Apex, Nova, Holo, Action, anything but the stock LG Home. Please. It's too slow and wastes RAM, and is kinda blegh in my opinion. But to each their own.
Duolingo - Learn a language. Seriously. Do it. It's fun on here. The tools are amazing and it's simply... simple. Spanish/Italian/Portuguese/German/French, and more being added in time. You can also learn English, but I don't see how you'd be reading this..
Bible - Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, and do not take this as an offense, however, if you are a Christian, this is the most useful spiritual tool you can get on Android "Got Questions" is another good one.
Kii Keyboard - Simply the best. If you know how to use the "Freedom" app, you can crack the in-app purchase to get the full version, not that I recommend it. I've used this since the beta in January (I think it was January) and it's simply gotten better and better. Swype couldn't lure me back.
Music - Omich Player is the best music player on Android, if you want to listen to music. There's apps with 50 different equalizers and a ton of crap I don't want, when I just want my music. This one does just that, using the older Play Music style. It also sports an option for a transparent background.
WifiKill - It kills Wifi. Kicks people off of the network using a simple, yet effective, ARP spoofing method. It literally takes a touch of a button. Great fun when in school or university, and you feel like messing with the teacher or

Yeah it looks like Sense I'm still using my black, but I have it saved so I'm going to switch when I get around to re-theming my phone aha Also, do you have any experience with theming stock ROMs?

I'll fix it, thanks. Kudos.
I tried flashing the CM10 messaging app (the one that says mmsstock.apk) and it's not showing me anything different, even though it says it was a success. Any ideas?

How could you say this is a duplicate thread? This is different theme. Dev just quoted few lines from manikant_009.

For all those who are churning in this thread, I have already reported that this theme breaks wifi. But the dev ova here have uploaded the same file. I had asked someone to port this theme on whatsapp. but it seems that it has already been ported (Not Sure). I haven't tried this one so cant say if it is actually been ported or just copied the zip file posted here. if its just a copy than the Op is going to be in serious trouble coz it has been already reported to XDA admin and the investigation is being done.
Confimed that this breaks wifi. Dont waste your time

Gentlemen, as it seems to me that a great part of this release is mine, could we dig a little more this wi-fi issue as it may, someway, affect my own releases at S3 thread?
I would be very thankful if you could wait a little more time as I'm still trying to determine the extension of the modifications that were made by the dev to port my work to yours devices.
At the moment I get the whole picture here, we will be tackling it.
cardozclive, if you remember, please point me to the whatsapp theme you've mentioned. Thank you.
Nice regards.

Hi @Kdio, I dont know if you remember me. Few months back I tried your theme from S3's forum and PM'd u that the I like your theme but it breaks some things on Note 2.
As for the whatsapp thing. I had asked peepz in the group if anyone can help solve the wifi breaking prob and gave the link of your theme for them to look over.
PS: I guess its the PNGS which from the SystemUi.apk that are breaking the WIFI coz they aren't resized as per note 2's resolution
@cardozclive
No wifi issues dude
Now every thing is fine

And YES ... seems you are completely right as the package was delivery DIRECTLY from S3 to Note2 without modifications.
Implementing correction right now.

Introducing: Galaxy Tab pROM 8.4 post-install version 1.0 with Xposed Framework
In Galaxy Tab pROM 8.4, I have updated the post-install script that will install, on first boot, the Xposed Framework, wanam, tinted status bar, butteredtoast, cputemp in status bar, network status bar info, wanam xposed torch, show wifi password, xhalo floating window. This does not mean you have to manually install Xposed, and enable modules. It is all automated and all happens on first boot. No need to 'reflash' the ROM. This will happen any time you do a factory reset on this ROM. It also sets a few default settings, disables touch sounds, and a bunch of things behind the scenes. I consider this a version 1.0 product. This version brings the ability to set home screen layouts and widgets, and It has great potential and will able me to apply entire settings on your device--everything from ringtones to brightness, volume, etc. You name it, I can probably make the post-install script do it. This will enable the Galaxy Tab pROM 8.4 to be truly customized in every way exactly how I intend it to be.
You will notice upon first boot, when the welcome screen comes on and is setting up for the first time, that the tablet will quickly 'hot boot' after about 10 seconds. This is completely normal and is part of the post-install process. Don't freak out and think you're in a boot loop. Everything will be fine.
See it in action:
Outstanding...

Awesome Bro! Loooking good @freeza.
I hope to drop mine in the next week or so... working on killing all white backgrounds as we speak!
I see a lot of excited people... Where's the download?
Lol... you didn't post a thread without a ready download did you?
I'm also curious to see your kernel source, as it appears you are running a special kernel.

Excuse me, but you are the one who is clueless with statements like this.
GPL requires kernel source be posted and buildable. Please read the rules.
I assume the OP will post source when he posts the download. Just never seen a 'placeholder' thread, when I create a thread I have a link to provide as well.
Waiting on a fellow moderator to give me the go since he's testing.
