If this is a sense skin you're working on then as suggested you can find it in Colours.xml in the skin (i'm not sure but i think it might be "rosie settings color filter" or "settings title color" )
I give up atleast for now.. I have a feeling it's in the smali folder which is inaccessible in this Rom because it is odexed.. I decompiled a systemui from another sense based Rom that is deodexed and I saw the 33b5e5 code in some of the quick settings smali

This is just a custom system.ui that I have made into a flashable zip. It has custom signal icons, custom navbar icons, menu button added to the navbar, and transparency when using other launchers such as Nova. I take no credit for the icons themselves as they are not mine, I just put them together in a zip for all us XZU users!!!
NOTE: This should work with any stock Sony rom, regardless of phone, firmware version. It should work with odexed and deodexed versions as well. It has been tested on a deodexed stock rom (mine) and it works perfect, but please make a backup of your system.ui before you flash just in case.
Here is the link!!
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5W8Ylg2cEfmY1RfTVNQM3A3cU0/edit?usp=sharing
Just flash this in recovery and enjoy!!
In the future I plan on adding custom battery icons as well.
One quick note, if you are not using xblast to change your status bar icon colors, the data icons will look almost transparent, so use xposed and set a custom color and they will look amazing!!!
Here is a screenshot.

Yes. Now it doesn't force close on selecting themes.
But another problem is that we can't apply any theme bcz we can see only "Samsung Basic" theme. All other installed themes are not showing up in theme chooser. Hope you can fix this bug. Thanks
@akhil093 as you can see in my screenshoot I have all the themes :/ Try deleting cache or something like this :/ or may b the theme its incompatible with my mod :/ which theme is ?

I've tried many themes.. like samsung's natural, casual, sweet and others like MinimalUI, Iphone and S6.. they get installed but not showing up in theme chooser. I've attached three themes. you install them and check whether they're showing up or not.
@akhil093 yes , the themes u attached don't work it means they are incompatible with my secthemechooser :/
Sent from my SM-N910C using XDA Free mobile app
then I've to search for themes that works with your theme chooser.
By the way.. do you know how to add color changing option in touchwiz folders ?
@akhil093 to change folder color click on folder and click into options then there will be all the colors ?
Sent from my SM-N910C using XDA Free mobile app
You didn't get my question bro, I mean how to mod the touchwiz launcher to get that
option button. In original note 4 launcher we don't have that color changing option
but we can mod the touchwiz apk to get that option. Do you know how to mod apk to get
this option ?
@akhil093 I don't know man , maybe later I see in Internet some guide and maybe modding my launcher with this option you say
