front camera not working in AbakadaROM v1. how to fix it
Fornt camera is working fine for me. Try to Do a clean flash.

Could you please let me know exactly what do you mean to say by clean flash,
I am having opposite prob,front camera working and Back camera not working after installing the same ROM.

Hey friends. iam having MICROMAX A116 android 4.2.1...whnvr i proted my rom the camers doesnt work..i tried samfare, yonip roms etc...but not any of dese roms my camera works..the camera is black nd doesnt click..plz suggest me some solution.....i am a big fan of samsung ui...so i want to change my rom......waitng for ur response friends...

hi guys I'm am deepesh.Actually one of my friends rooted my micromax canvas hd phone and has put a cyanogen mod 10 to it.now the phone model name shows it as nexus 4.i have got a problem here...if i want to install new rom on my phone shoud i search that rom for canvas hd or nexus 4?
i want to install the latest MIUI rom for my canvas hd!
could some one please help me with the steps or could u please post a link in the comments!

search rom of canvas hd.. not for nexus. it only shows because when porting the rom the build.prop is not changed from original..

search for canvas hd roms
and if you want to change the build name, download buildprop editor app and change the name to anything you want, but be careful not to change anyother thing in the build prop. Do some Googling before changing any values.

Bro... There is no CM 10 ROM for Canvas HD with having build.prop of Nexus 4 !!

of course u will search for canvas HD A116. just model name has changed bro, not your hardware has changed..:laugh::laugh::laugh:

hi
as said before, when a rom is ported the file build.prop sometimes is not changed. if tou prefer to see the name of your smartphone instal "es file explorer" go to local/system and open file buil.prop.... then edit the file and change where you find the name of the other device only....
save the file and reboot your device
your phone must be rooted
if you want to instal another rom ou must search only for those who are made for your device
i was actually runig that on my phone!
but now i have flased MIUI rom..i looks great but it consumes more RAM!
