how to remove soft keys - Sony Xperia Z Ultra

is there a way to remove soft keys, without unlocking bootloader knowing i am rooted and have cwm

Why? Are you using PIE or something?
Navigate to /system/build.prop and change 0 to 1.
Code:
qemu.hw.mainkeys = 1

You can use Auto GMD to hide the nav bar +/- LMT Pie controls. -you get the full 6.44" instead of 6.21".
Autohide GMD - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2253770
LMT - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1330150
There is also these 2 which I haven't tried as the above have worked so well.

it's a confirmed bug. it should happen once and never again (unless u wipe/reinstall the rom)
I got this and now the four buttons on the bottom are not working. It's like the TS sensitivity is gone.

Weird. I broke my flexible that connects the Navigation buttons and this has been happening very often. Wonder if there is a way to override that... I don't need the navigation buttons with ShakeNClear.

I've used Desktop VisualizeR & QuickShortcutMaker to create app shortcuts (with the name as a blank space) for most of my apps. However there a couple of "live" shortcut icons like Messaging that don't respond well to that technique. Is there another way to achieve what I describe in the above image?

If you are rooted, Nottach Xposed has an option to disable the names: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2293956. It's under 'Launcher>Hide dock app labels'.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I'm unrooted and that's not going to be happening very soon since I updated the firmware.

[Q] about Volume keys control media volume by default

I wonder if any dev could make a xposed module or any trick for controlling the media volume by default ? instead of ringtone volume like CM ROMs or OMNI ROMs do! or just simply disable the function of control ringtone volume via volume keys

Does your g9 power have the 3 navigation keys at the bottom?

I saw a g9 power in the shop today, and it had the 3 navigation keys but most screenshots on the internet dont show as it having them so does yours? I really want it to have them as i cannot operate on swipe gestures on any phone i couldent even unlock a iphone 12 because there wasnt a home button on it.
Tell me please!
If your phone didnt have it and it happenend in a software update please also tell me
Yes, it does. It has an option of either classic three-button navigation or gesture navigation, and I don't think Google will ever remove that option (it's still there in Android 12).
Here's a screenshot of the menu to change the navigation style, while using the 3 button navigation.

What do you mean by swap?
There is a way to remove the navbar without root:
How to Remove Navigation Bar on Non Rooted Pixel 6/Pro (works!)
(disclaimer) I take no responsibility on what following this guide does to your phone. EDIT: So, I found this guide online, tested it out and it works. Quick note on the guide. You'll want to add the "navigation_bar_height_landscape" = 0 in...

Sorry, to clarify I want to change the order of the navbar button. I want the back button (button 1) to replace button 3 (recent apps). So just switching navbar button order
